Siempre digo que no hay nada más importante para el ser humano que conocerse a sí mismo. Ese es el punto de estudiar los caminos de la consciencia y los saberes ocultos; todo lo demás, los estilos de vida que nos construimos con nuestras creencias, nuestras prácticas personales y lo que esperamos lograr con nuestras vidas, son finos hilos tejiendo las múltiples facetas de la identidad que debemos ir deshilvanando, no para destruir el tejido, sino para comprenderlo. Los que exploramos estos temas espirituales y esotéricos, buscamos hacernos más atentos, de estar más presentes para nuestras vidas, de aprender más y percibir información más extensa y precisa. Y debajo de toda esa información, y de nuestra búsqueda, se encuentra sólo el Amor que sostiene toda la Creación.
Las tradiciones místicas y alquímicas del mundo hablan de la estructura escalonada de la realidad material, de su configuración en los distintos planos de frecuencia, desde las regiones más densas y básicas, hasta las más espirituales y etéreas. De lo mismo hablan los grados de sublimación alquímica desde metales simples y pesados, hasta los más radiantes. También se describe esta edificación como una rueda con circunferencias concéntricas, como los niveles energéticos de los chakras, como mundos yuxtapuestos y muchas otras figuras y formas. Se dice que, en su infinita comprensión y Amor, Dios, la Consciencia Suprema, Brahma, Allah o como deseen llamarle, creó la realidad que habitamos con estos atributos para que, en el proceso de descubrirnos a nosotros mismos, pudiésemos también encontrar el camino de vuelta al Él/Ella/Eso, y Amar cada vez más a toda la existencia.
I always say that there's nothing more important for human beings than to know ourselves. That's the whole point of studying the paths of consciousness and occult knowledge; everything else, the lifestyles that we build with our beliefs, our personal practices and what we hope to accomplish with our lives, are fine threads weaving the multiple facets of identity that we must slowly unravel, not to destroy the tapestry, but rather to understand it. Those of us who explore these spiritual and esoteric topics, are seeking to make ourselves more attentive, to be more present for our lives, to learn more and to perceive more extensive and precise information. And underneath all of that information, and of our quest, resides only the Love that sustains all of Creation.
The mystical and alchemical traditions in the world speak of the stair-like structure of material reality, of its configuration at the different planes of frequency, from the densest and basest regions, to the most spiritual and ethereal. The same thing is expressed in the degrees of alchemical sublimation from simple, heavy metals, to the most radiant. This edifice is also described as a wheel with concentric circumferences, as the energy levels of the chakras, as overlapping worlds and many other figures and forms. It is said that, in Its infinite understanding and Love, God, the Supreme Consciousness, Brahma, Allah or however you wish to call It, created the reality that we inhabit with these attributes so that, in the process of discovering ourselves, we might also find the path back to Him/Her/It, and Love all of existence increasingly more.
Nosotros también tenemos el poder creador de la Fuente, contamos con sus atributos de manifestación y tenemos a nuestro cargo, bajo nuestra responsabilidad, la libertad de hacer con nuestro mundo lo que deseemos. El Sistema Universal está constituido tan perfectamente, que no hay ninguna acción que no tenga consecuencias y ningún conocimiento vano. Todo lo que pensamos e imaginamos se revela a algún nivel de nuestra realidad, y tenemos el deber de cumplir con los pagos que esta actividad creativa conlleva, así como el derecho a las recompensas de nuestra labor.
Hasta ahora, no he encontrado una forma más cierta y clara de conectar con esta información, de amar más mi realidad y por lo tanto manifestar cosas más hermosas, que agradeciendo. Tengo el hábito de agradecer siempre varias veces antes de acostarme a dormir y de nuevo al levantarme, así como cuando me tomo mi primer vaso de agua del día. También agradezco al dejar mi edificio y, por supuesto, siempre que alguien me hace un servicio o me vende un producto, así como en muchas otras ocasiones. Tengo la firme convicción, que he verificado incontables veces, de que la actitud de agradecer la vida que uno tiene, va mejorando esa vida. Como sucede con todo lo demás, agradecer genera más razones para agradecer.
We're also gifted with this creative power from the Source, we share its attributes of manifestation and we have under our charge and responsibility, the freedom to do with our world whatever we desire. The Universal System is built with such perfection, that there's no action that doesn't bring consequences and no knowledge is vain. Everything that we think of and imagine is revealed at some level of our reality, and we have the duty to fulfill the payments that the creative activity carries, as well as the right to the rewards of our labor.
Thus far, I haven't found a more certain and clear way of connecting with this information, of loving my reality more and therefore manifesting more beautiful things, that to be thankful. I have the habit of thanking always several times before going to bed and then again when I get out of bed, and also when I drink my first glass of water for the day. I also thank when I leave my building and, of course, always when someone does a service for me or sells me a product, as well as in many other occasions. I have the firm conviction, which I've verified countless times, that the attitude of being thankful for the life that one has, improves that life little by little. As with everything else, thanking generates more reasons to be thankful.
Ésto no significa que el agradecimiento sea fácil. Para muchísima gente, agradecer es sumamente difícil, sea porque ven su realidad como un tormento o porque temen constantemente que alguien se aprovechará de ellos, u quizás incluso razones más siniestras aún. A todos nos puede pasar, ninguno está exento. Para eso también buscamos hacernos más conscientes, para identificar en dónde están estos miedos y dudas, por qué están allí y para qué nos sirven. Allí están los escalones que nos acercan más a esa Gran Consciencia que nos une con todo lo que existe, que nos hace primos de estrellas y hermanos de galaxias. Así que también hay que aprender a agradecer nuestras sombras, porque a través de la gratitud, se despejan y muestran su oro y sus gemas.
El egoísmo, la envidia, los celos, la agresividad, la melancolía, la vergüenza, la culpa, el remordimiento y demás sentimientos terribles, ocultan nuestros mayores tesoros. Si tenemos el valor de decirnos la verdad, podemos integrar lo desagradable, y encontrar en su interior algo hermoso y dulce que ni sospechamos que está allí.

This doesn't mean that gratitude is easy. For a lot of people, thanking is tremendously hard, either because they see their reality as a torment or because they constantly fear that someone will take advantage of them, or perhaps even more sinister reasons still. It can happen to any of us, nobody's exempt. This is also why we seek to make ourselves more aware, to identify where these fears and doubts are, why they're there and what they're good for. Those are the steps of the stair, the ones that get us closer to the Great Consciousness that unites us with everything that exists, that makes us cousins of the stars and siblings of galaxies. So we should also learn to be thankful for our shadows, because through this gratitude, they're cleared up and show their gold and their gems.
Selfishness, envy, jealousy, aggressiveness, melancholy, shame, guilt, remorse and other terrible feelings, conceal our greatest treasures. If we have the courage to tell ourselves the truth, we can integrate the things that are unpleasant to us, and find within them something beautiful and sweet that we don't even suspect is there.
