Tenía mucho tiempo sin ingresar a esta comunidad y en general al ecosistema de Hive, pero hoy encontré la oportunidad pues conseguí una computadora para redactar estas líneas que la verdad me hace inmensamente feliz, en otras palabras la energía está alineada para escribir mis anécdotas y experiencias de vida. 
I had a long time without joining this community and in general the Hive ecosystem, but today I found the opportunity because I got a computer to write these lines that really makes me immensely happy, in other words the energy is aligned to write my anecdotes and life experiences.
Un tema que en lo particular me encanta porque gran parte del tiempo transcurrido de mis 49 años de vida, los he pasado en un salón de clases o simplemente formándome de manera formal en escuelas, liceos, universidades.
A subject that I particularly love because most of the time of my 49 years of life, I have spent in a classroom or simply training formally in schools, high schools, universities.
En primer lugar voy a remembrar esos momentos que me hicieron sentir realmente feliz y los que hacen que atesore esos años, porque se transformaron en fuentes de inspiración para convertirme en lo que soy hoy en día.
First of all I am going to recall those moments that made me feel really happy and that make me treasure those years, because they became sources of inspiration to become what I am today.

Comencé a estudiar en educación pre-escolar en Cumaná y una de los mejores momentos que recuerdo fue cuando participaba en los actos culturales en especial en obras y bailes, toda la vida me ha gustado bailar y eso me relaja y me ayuda a disminuir el nivel de estrés diario.
I started studying pre-school education in Cumaná and one of the best moments I remember was when I participated in cultural events, especially in plays and dances. I have always liked to dance and that relaxes me and helps me to reduce my daily stress level.
Recuerdo que participé en una obra sobre “Heidi” y por mi baja estatura me dieron el papel de la oveja más curiosa y más pequeña, interpreté el papel de “copito de nieve”. Mi abuela materna fue la encargada de confeccionar el disfraz y yo tenía que estar arrodillada interpretando el personaje, todos decían que me veía muy linda pero la verdad el traje daba mucho calor, y lo recuerdo porque el traje después pasó de generación en generación en la familia, hasta ya no poder usarlo más por el deterioro.
I remember that I participated in a play about "Heidi" and because of my short stature I was given the role of the most curious and smallest sheep, I played the role of "snowflake". My maternal grandmother was in charge of making the costume and I had to be on my knees playing the character, everyone said that I looked very pretty but the truth is that the costume was very hot, and I remember it because the costume then passed from generation to generation in the family, until I could no longer use it due to deterioration.
En esa etapa conocí a muchas amistades, que aún conservo y las he recuperado gracias a las redes sociales.

Esta etapa me toco llegar a una escuela nueva en 5to grado, y la verdad pensé que lloraría porque imaginen, llegar a otra ciudad, no conocía a nadie y adaptarme pensé que sería muy difícil, pero por el contrario, entre 5 y 6 grado, participe en actividades culturales, fui a Maracaibo a representar a nuestra escuela en un festival nacional de coros infantiles, estuvimos en la sede de los Niños Cantores del Zulia y les cuento que primera vez que viajaba sin mis padres y se podrán imaginar, lloré en toda la vía, lo que me ocasionó problemas para cantar. Fue un momento que siempre atesoraré, porque me dio la oportunidad de ver el relámpago del Catatumbo y fue algo realmente impresionante, de igual manera pasar por el puente sobre el lago de Maracaibo, una experiencia realmente enriquecedora.

It was a moment that I will always treasure, because it gave me the opportunity to see the lightning of Catatumbo and it was something really impressive, likewise passing over the bridge over Lake Maracaibo, a truly enriching experience.
Pasados los años, en el liceo, tuve la oportunidad de encontrar a mis grandes amigas, aun las conservo y ese es uno de los tesoros más importantes de mi vida, la amistad es algo que ni el tiempo ni el espacio pudieron mitigar, y ha sido una oportunidad de valorar lo hermoso de aquellos días en donde jugar voleibol, bailar por primera vez con un chico, ir a fiestas se convirtieron en las experiencias en el proceso de transformación de niña a adolescente.
Years later, in high school, I had the opportunity to meet my great friends, I still have them and that is one of the most important treasures of my life, friendship is something that neither time nor space could mitigate, and it has been an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of those days where playing volleyball, dancing for the first time with a boy, going to parties became the experiences in the process of transformation from girl to teenager.

Esta etapa fue la época de la música que me identificaba, mis gustos eran realmente variados, desde la lambada del grupo Kaoma, la música de Natusha, San Martín, Madonna, Ricardo Montaner, Karina, Antonietta con su canción Haz lo que tú quieras, los melódicos, entre otros, se convirtieron en ese proceso de llevar mis estudios a las relaciones sociales con mis compañeros, en este sentido recuerdo que casi todas las semanas estuvimos de fiesta, fue la etapa de celebración de los 15 años, y las cuadrillas. Momentos realmente inolvidables.

En la etapa universitaria disfrute al máximo, puedo decirles que mis amigas se convirtieron en hermanas que la vida me regaló, aun nos comunicamos, y aunque estamos en países distintos, siempre tendrán un lugar especial en mi corazón, por tantas anécdotas vividas, algunas buenas y otras no tan buenas. De la Universidad recordaré siempre nuestras fiestas, estudiando en casa de amigos, asistencias a congresos nacionales e internacionales, aquellos días de exámenes en las que sufrí muchísimo, y las exposiciones de tesis que me sacaron cana y donde aprendí a abrazar el miedo a mi favor.
I can tell you that my friends who became sisters that life gave me still communicate with me, and although we are in different countries, they will always have a special place in my heart, for so many anecdotes, some good and some not so good. From the University I will always remember our parties, studying at friends' houses, attending national and international congresses, those days of exams in which I suffered a lot, and the thesis expositions that got me out of gray hair and where I learned to embrace fear in my favor.
Como comenté al inicio, mi vida ha transcurrido prácticamente siempre en un espacio educativo, por lo que obtuve 4 títulos universitarios, Ingeniera, Magister, Máster y un Doctorado en el 2020 en plena pandemia, este último me dejó sinsabores, aunque también muchísimos aprendizajes que aplico en mi accionar de vida.
As I mentioned at the beginning, my life has practically always been spent in an educational space, so I obtained 4 university degrees, Engineer, Master, Master's and a PhD in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic, the latter left me with disappointments, but also a lot of learning that I apply in my life actions.
Mi tema de tesis doctoral estuvo relacionada con la construcción de un estilo de liderazgo desde las Dimensiones del SER, en el cual relacioné las dimensiones cuerpo, mente, emociones y espíritu hasta lograr un nuevo estilo, fundamentado en el humanismo y en la construcción energética como parte fundamental para promover y empoderar a los colaboradores, partiendo desde el reconocimiento del autoliderazgo.
My doctoral thesis topic was related to the construction of a leadership style from the Dimensions of BEING, in which I related the dimensions body, mind, emotions and spirit to achieve a new style, based on humanism and energetic construction as a fundamental part to promote and empower collaborators, starting from the recognition of self-leadership.
Como pueden leer, a rasgos generales comenté los aspectos bonitos de esa travesía, pero la verdad fue una montaña rusa de emociones, de escenarios, de experiencias, de aprender a desaprender y aprender a fortalecerme como ser humano para lograr ser la profesional que soy en este momento. Por esto es que la vida del estudiante es la mejor, a ti que me lees, disfrútala, recuérdala con mucho cariño, enfócate en esos momentos que te hicieron transformar positivamente, en especial agradeciendo todo lo vivido.
As you can read, in general terms I commented on the beautiful aspects of that journey, but the truth is that it was a roller coaster of emotions, scenarios, experiences, learning to unlearn and learn to strengthen myself as a human being to become the professional that I am at this moment. This is why the student's life is the best, you who read me, enjoy it, remember it fondly, focus on those moments that made you transform positively, especially thanking for everything you have lived.
