Es una gran cosa que cada uno de nosotros pueda encontrar nuestra felicidad de diferentes maneras ¿Quién puede acudir a ella para decir cómo debe ser la felicidad y en qué debe consistir? Lo que yo llamo felicidad puede no ser la felicidad de nadie más.
Ciertamente, hay tantas definiciones de felicidad, para algunos, la felicidad es algo grande y maravilloso, para otros, esos pequeños destellos de luz cotidianos. Pero para alcanzar la felicidad, a veces es buena idea pensar en lo que te hace feliz.
¿Qué me hace feliz?
Para mí, la felicidad es el bienestar mental y un estado de ánimo equilibrado, haciéndote reír un poco como por dentro. Un buen equilibrio en el diálogo entre yo y mi entorno. Puedo ser feliz conmigo mismo y puedo reflejar aceptación cerca de mí. Las cosas se modelan, las responsabilidades se atienden, la vida cotidiana rueda, la relación es serena, hay suficiente tiempo libre y suceden cosas bonitas en la vida.
It is a great thing that each of us can find our happiness in different ways. Who can go to her to say what happiness should be like and what it should consist of? What I call happiness may not be anyone else's happiness.
Certainly, there are so many definitions of happiness, for some, happiness is something great and wonderful, for others, those little everyday flashes of light. But to achieve happiness, sometimes it's a good idea to think about what makes you happy.
What makes me happy?
For me, happiness is mental well-being and a balanced state of mind, making you laugh a little like inside. A good balance in the dialogue between me and my environment. I can be happy with myself and I can reflect acceptance around me. Things are shaped, responsibilities are taken care of, everyday life rolls, the relationship is serene, there is enough free time and beautiful things happen in life.
Mi felicidad a menudo se asocia con algún tipo de libertad, la oportunidad de realizarme a mí mismo. Viajar es una de mis mayores pasiones. Trae consigo muchas cosas y experiencias que aumentan mi alegría de vivir y complementan mi felicidad.
My happiness is often associated with some kind of freedom, the opportunity to fulfill myself. Traveling is one of my greatest passions. It brings with it many things and experiences that increase my joy of living and complement my happiness.
A veces mi felicidad a veces puede ser incluso soledad. Pero para que la felicidad sea completa, necesito también a otra persona para mi felicidad. El saber que hay alguien cercano a mí para quien soy importante y a quien le importo.
Sometimes my happiness can sometimes even be loneliness. But for happiness to be complete, I also need another person for my happiness. Knowing that there is someone close to me for whom I am important and who cares about me.
Si dijera que la felicidad no me importa, estaría mintiendo. El dinero por sí solo no trae la felicidad, pero cuando experimento la pobreza, sé que la falta de dinero tampoco la trae. Viceversa. Mi felicidad necesita cierto grado de seguridad financiera. Y además, el dinero me permite hacer muchas cosas que me dan felicidad.
Por mucho tiempo tuve que lidiar con mi economía debido a los problemas económicos de Venezuela, pensé huir en "busca de la felicidad" hacia otro país, como muchos de mis compatriotas. Sin embargo con Hive pude paliar el impacto que ocasiona la mega inflación. Hive es en términos mío una bendición, puedo hacer lo que me gusta que es leer, escribir y hacer arte. Eso también me hace feliz!!
If I said that happiness doesn't matter to me, I'd be lying. Money alone doesn't bring happiness, but when I experience poverty, I know that lack of money doesn't bring it either. Vice versa. My happiness needs a certain degree of financial security. And besides, money allows me to do many things that make me happy.
For a long time I had to deal with my economy due to the economic problems in Venezuela, I thought of fleeing in "search for happiness" to another country, like many of my compatriots. However, with Hive I was able to alleviate the impact caused by mega inflation. Hive is in my terms a blessing, I can do what I like which is reading, writing and making art. That also makes me happy!!
Otra cosa que no puedo dejar de mencionar es que mientras alcanzo madurez, más empiezo a darme cuenta de cuánta felicidad es la salud. Cuando nada limita las actividades normales, cuando nada toca, y cuando el cuerpo está bien, hay muchas razones para estar feliz.
Another thing that I cannot fail to mention is that the more I reach maturity, the more I begin to realize how much happiness health is. When nothing limits normal activities, when nothing touches, and when the body is well, there are many reasons to be happy.
Sólo tenemos esta vida. Y esta vida que tanto amo. En el momento presente, aquí y ahora, yace la simple felicidad.
We only have this life. And this life that I love so much. In the present moment, here and now, lies simple happiness.
