Un saludo muy cordial para todos mis amigos de Holos&Lotus, una vez más digo presente en esta otra interesante iniciativa de esta maravillosa Comunidad, en esta oportunidad nos enfocaremos en la II Iniciativa en aras de seguir con esta interesante serie, "Siembra Consciencia, cosecha Bienestar", con un tema más enfocado en lo colectivo, "Conciencia colectiva: construyendo un mundo más compasivo…más humanizado", tema que como todos recordamos surgió por haberse celebrado el día Internacional de la Conciencia, el pasado 5 de Abirl. Bueno amigos sin más preámbulos vamos con el desarrollo de este interesante tema que tiene mucho para debatir....
Bueno amigos comenzaremos por decir que una conciencia colectiva es aquella que esta formada por ideas, creencias, valores, sentimientos, argumentos, que todos los integrantes de una sociedad poseen en común, y que necesariamente deben unificar para poder vivir en una sociedad donde todos tengamos los mismos deberes y derechos, una sociedad que nos permita vivir con calidad de vida, donde seamos libres de exponer nuestras ideas con respeto y tolerancia hacia los demás.
Yo pienso que la conciencia colectiva es esa nube de pensamientos y sentimientos que todos compartimos como sociedad y que nos unifica para poder vivir mejor, una sociedad donde todos compartimos los valores esenciales como el amor, el respeto, la solidaridad, la tolerancia, la empatia, la honestidad, el amor por el prójimo, yo pienso que estos valores no se han perdido del todo, pero sí podemos decir que han cambiado con el tiempo, las personas los han ido restructurando pienso que porque la misma sociedad también a ido cambiando, algunas cosas buenas se han dejado de un lado y otras nuevas han surgido.
Nosotros debemos entender que el bien común es el que nos va a pemtir precisamente desarrollarnos como sociedad, unificar criterios, objetivos, empezando primeramente por la educación de nuestros hijos, porque pienso que de ahí parte lo que queremos lograr como sociedad, ya que es educando a nuestros niños y jóvenes que vamos a poder lograr el cambio que todos anhelamos, muchas veces le ponemos más énfasis al trabajo para salir adelante y crecer como sociedad, y dejamos a un lado el hogar, la atención a nuestros hijos, la convivencia e interacción que es tan necesaria, y es que precisamente en el hogar es donde comienza la formación de todo ser humano y todos sabemos que la célula fundamental de la sociedad está precisamente en la familia, es ahí donde vamos a lograr la formación de eser ser humano más consciente, más humano, más amable, empatico, es allí donde vamos a poder lograr ese gran cambio de conciencia, formandola en nuestros hijos desde pequeños.
Siempre he pensado que el desarrollo de una sociedad y la formación de sus ciudadanos empieza en la familia, debemos empezar por educar a los padres, involucrandolos cada día más en la educación de sus hijos, es importante rescatar esto, vemos cómo muchas personas por este tema del trabajo descuidan su hogar, su familia, sus hijos, muchos niños no ven a sus padres, se crían rodeados de otras personas que muchas veces no le brindan la atención necesaria y esto hace que el niño o el joven se vaya educando muchas veces sin el afecto de sus padres, ni la debida atención, es importante tomar en cuenta esto, ya que muchos niños y jóvenes no pueden dar lo que no han recibido, necesitamos fortalecer esa parte afectiva en nuestros hijos para poder tener individuos capaces de amar y ser amados, rodeados de respeto, atención, cuidados, y estos también serán ciudadanos conscientes y más humanos que es lo que necesitamos como sociedad.

A very cordial greeting to all my friends at Holos&Lotus. Once again, I am present at this other interesting initiative of this wonderful Community. This time, we will focus on the 2nd Initiative, continuing this interesting series, "Sow Consciousness, Harvest Well-being," with a more collectively focused theme, "Collective Consciousness: Building a More Compassionate... More Humanized World," a topic that, as we all remember, arose from the celebration of International Day of Conscience on April 5th. Well, friends, without further ado, let's get to work on this interesting topic, which has much to discuss...
Well, friends, let's start by saying that a collective consciousness is one made up of ideas, beliefs, values, feelings, and arguments that all members of a society hold in common. These ideas must necessarily be unified in order to live in a society where we all have the same rights and duties. A society that allows us to live with quality of life, where we are free to express our ideas with respect and tolerance toward others.
I think the collective consciousness is that cloud of thoughts and feelings that we all share as a society and that unifies us so we can live better, a society where we all share essential values such as love, respect, solidarity, tolerance, empathy, honesty, and love for one's neighbor. I think these values haven't been completely lost, but we can say they've changed over time. People have restructured them. I think because society itself has also been changing, some good things have been left aside, and new ones have emerged.
We must understand that the common good is what will allow us to develop as a society, to unify criteria and objectives, starting first and foremost with the education of our children. I think that's where what we want to achieve as a society begins. It's by educating our children and young people that we can achieve the change we all long for. We often put more emphasis on work to get ahead and grow as a society, and we neglect the home, caring for our children, and the coexistence and interaction that is so necessary. It is precisely in the home that the development of every human being begins. We all know that the fundamental cell of society is precisely in the family. It is there that we will achieve the development of more conscious, more human, kinder, and more empathetic human beings. It is there that we will be able to achieve that great shift in consciousness, forming it in our children from a young age.
I have always believed that the development of a society and the formation of its citizens begins in the family. We must begin by educating parents, involving them more and more in their children's education. It is important to recognize this. We see how many people, due to work, neglect their home, their family, and their children. Many children do not see their parents. They grow up surrounded by other people who often do not provide the necessary attention. This means that the child or young person often grows up without the affection of their parents or the proper attention. It is important to take this into account, since many children and young people cannot give what they have not received. We need to strengthen that emotional side of our children so that we can have individuals capable of loving and being loved, surrounded by respect, attention, and care. These children will also be conscious and more humane citizens, which is what we need as a society.
