Entiendo que la Risa posee muchos beneficios psicofísicos de los que soy fiel testigo, realmente para mí la risa es el antídoto anti estrés por excelencia, soy una persona que ríe con facilidad y más cuando me conciben motivos para hacerlo siempre y cuando no este relacionado a la degradación de otros .
I understand that laughter has many psychophysical benefits of which I am a faithful witness, really for me laughter is the anti-stress antidote par excellence, I am a person who laughs easily and more when I conceive reasons to do so as long as it is not related to the degradation of others.
Por naturaleza soy muy expresiva y esto me ha llevado a que en mis actividades culturales sea escogida para caracterizaciones picarescas; aunque no pretendo ser el alma de las fiestas entre mis grupos de confianza me identifico por ser la graciosa y ocurrente por mis discursos y expresiones coloquiales sobre algunas situaciones, cosa que disfruto sanamente y me hacer formar parte de los grupos festivos, creativos y graciosos.
By nature I am very expressive and this has led me to be chosen in my cultural activities for picaresque characterizations; although I do not pretend to be the soul of the parties among my trusted groups I identify myself for being the funny and witty for my speeches and colloquial expressions about some situations, which I enjoy healthily and make me be part of the festive, creative and funny groups.
En el ambiente que se visualiza en el video es uno de esos espacio con los que vibro en alta donde soy feliz, gustosamente me encuentro con el grupo Mujer Tambor dirigido por Drums Mater Manuel Moreno en el parque los Caobos, Caracas – Venezuela, allí nos reunimos una vez por semana durante 2 horas; en nuestros encuentros nos reímos y disfrutamos mucho generalmente por la alegre camaradería que se despierta al encontrarnos y gracias a la dinámica que el Drums Master utiliza valiéndose de estrategias didácticas para despertar nuestros potenciales artísticos sea: desde el canto, la expresión corporal y gestual, la poesía, la danza, la plástica y por supuesto la ejecución de nuestro mágico y ancestral instrumento.
In this environment that is visualized in the video is one of those spaces with which I vibrate high and I am very happy, gladly I meet with the group Mujer Tambor directed by Drums Mater Manuel Moreno in the park Los Caobos, Caracas - Venezuela, there we meet once a week for 2 hours, in our meetings we laugh and enjoy a lot generally by the cheerful camaraderie that is awakened to meet and thanks to the dynamics that the Drums Master uses using didactic strategies to awaken our artistic potentials be: From singing, body and gestural expression, poetry, dance, art and of course the execution of our magical and ancestral instrument.
Algunas veces el Drums Master siente nuestra energía y nos dice “Hoy están acontecidas” es esta una expresión de él cuando nos percibe “cargadas, abrumadas o confundidas” por la cotidianidad, porque al tambor llevamos todas nuestra historia y cada una en particular llega a la sesión con un estado anímico diferente, es entonces cuando el master entre tanta de sus dinámicas sonoras aplica la risa y juego de expresión gestual que algunas veces nos la propone antes durante o después de la clase, esto de algún modo nos armoniza y da apertura para expresarnos con más libertad.
Sometimes the Drums Master feels our energy and tells us "Today is happening " this is an expression of him when he perceives us "loaded, overwhelmed or confused" by everyday life, because we all bring our history to the drum and each one in particular comes to the session with a different mood, it is then when the master among many of his sound dynamics applies laughter and gestural expression game that sometimes proposes it before or after the class, this somehow harmonizes us and gives us openness to express ourselves more freely.
Esta practican inmediatamente me despierta el humor endógeno y la percibo como una reacción en cadena que me ayuda a aflorar muchas cosas invitándome a soltar pensamientos limitantes y tensiones: del rostro, hombros, cuello, incluso mi pecho y abdomen, y generalmente salgo de mi clase con una nueva sensación, integrando todo lo vivido con la ejecución del tambor y las emociones deflagradas en el encuentro.
This practice immediately awakens my endogenous mood and I perceive it as a chain reaction that helps me to surface many things inviting me to let go of limiting thoughts and tensions: from the face, shoulders, neck, even my chest and abdomen, and I usually leave my class with a new sensation, integrating all that I experienced with the drumming and the emotions deflated in the encounter.
Formar parte de este grupo me ha servido para salir del cascaron y socializar de lo lindo conociendo personas de diferentes caracteres y culturas que van y vienen, con una vibración personal muy particular. En mi estadía allí he conseguido significativos momentos de plenitud conectando con la alegría de vivir a través de lo simple, reconociendo la energía y fuerza de lo femenino y masculino que me habita, incentivado mi creatividad, he conocido más sobre mis tradiciones, nivelando mi lateralidad corporal y capacidad de escucha y atención, entre otras cosas que progresivamente se van activando.
Being part of this group has helped me to get out of the shell and socialize in a very nice way, meeting people of different characters and cultures that come and go, with a very particular personal vibration. In my stay there I have achieved significant moments of fulfillment connecting with the joy of living through the simple, recognizing the energy and strength of the feminine and masculine that inhabits me, encouraged my creativity, I have learned more about my traditions, leveling my body laterality and capacity for listening and attention, among other things that are progressively activated.
Creo que nunca he visto tan detalladamente como es mi risa y el video que presento al inicio me sirvió como ensayo para reconocerme, pudiendo identificar como la risa nos ofrece apertura y cambios significativos en el humor y la expresión, cuando les hice la propuesta a Drums Master y a las chicas hubo una receptividad absoluta y en esta oportunidad lo realizamos al culminar la clase donde algunas ya estábamos cansadas y otras con un poquito más de energía para continuar. Después de ver la producción enseguida lo asocie al poema de Eduardo Galeano “Un mar de fueguitos” que invito a disfrutar y luego de disfrutarlo comento porque la referencia:
I think I have never seen in such detail how my laughter is and the video that I present at the beginning served me as a rehearsal to recognize myself, being able to identify how laughter offers us openness and significant changes in mood and expression, when I made the proposal to Drums Master and the girls there was an absolute receptivity and this time we did it at the end of the class where some of us were already tired and others with a little more energy to continue. After seeing the production I immediately associated it to the poem by Eduardo Galeano "Un mar de fueguitos " which I invite you to enjoy and after enjoying it I comment why the reference:
Desde esta realidad con total aceptación, agradecimiento y respeto por cada una de mis compañeras tamboreras en sus expresiones pude observar ese fuego que nos menciona Galeano bajo una vibración natural ante la risa producida a partir de una solo chispa que incentivo a todas las demás, donde cada quien mostró su flama y humor como mejor lo sintió, y esto me pareció hermoso ya que pude percibir la diversidad y características de mis compañeras a través de su sincera expresión del humor que sin duda nos movilizó.
From this reality with total acceptance, gratitude and respect for each one of my fellow drummers in their expressions I could observe that fire that Galeano mentions under a natural vibration before the laughter produced from a single spark that encouraged all the others, where each one showed their flame and humor as they felt it best, and this seemed beautiful to me since I could perceive the diversity and characteristics of my fellow drummers through their sincere expression of humor that undoubtedly mobilized us.
