Something that filled me with emotion was the number of young people who were in groups or with family members, also making their pilgrimage. It is customary for adults to participate in religious activities because teenagers are 'wayward.' Today was a demonstration that youth seek God, His love, His mercy, and comfort in the face of the adversities and threats to the faith we have in this so troubled world.
Puedo contarles un acto que me conmovió fue ver a tres jóvenes caminando, como quien dice "vamos al cine" o "vamos al futbol", pero ellos se dijeron "vamos al visitar los 7 templos"; en la última iglesia, los vi abrazados, sí, unos hombres abrazados llorando y dándose consuelo. Quizás Jesús en su momento se sintió solo, pero hoy todos caminamos acompañados por él y con ese gesto, demostrando que los verdaderos amigos sí existen y estaban allí, consolando al afligido. ¡Por más amistades verdaderas!

Estoy muy feliz por participar en esta ceremonia, ver muchísima gente movida en fe y porque nuestra nación está arrepentida y arrodillada ante un Dios verdadero, que nos escucha y nos consuela. No sé cómo será el día de mañana, pero hoy, nuestra convicción está más fuerte que nunca 🙏.
