Percibo la dignidad femenina como una fecundidad racional. Desde la perspectiva actual, la mujer se proyecta como la transformadora radical y promotora vital del sistema social. Sin su presencia activa, es imposible concebir el crecimiento de la personalidad, la sociedad, el Estado o sus instituciones.
Women as the Catalyst of the Social System
I perceive a woman’s dignity as a form of rational fecundity. From a contemporary perspective, women are projected as radical transformers and the vital promoters—quite literally—of the social system. Without them, there can be no growth of personality, society, the State, or its institutions.
Aunque no me considero un investigador acucioso, observo en el tejido social una ebullición necesaria: la urgencia de compartir los privilegios de la distribución del trabajo, el estudio y la profesionalización. La meta es una sana coherencia basada en la equidad y la justicia social, donde la mujer participe activamente en la planificación y control de la economía y la política con una sabia ponderación.
Whilst I do not claim to be a meticulous researcher of historical evolution, I perceive a brewing "ebullition" within the social fabric: an urgent need to share the privileges of labour distribution, education, and professionalisation. The goal is a healthy coherence based on equity, equality, and social justice, where women actively participate in the planning, administration, and oversight of the economy and political systems with wise deliberation.
El Quiebre de los Paradigmas Arcaicos
Al observar la historia, vemos los cimientos de una arquitectura de opresión. Durante siglos, la mujer irrumpió con paso leve por los acontecimientos, relegada a la labor sumisa y doméstica bajo los patrones del patriarcado. Hoy, ella está transformando esos paradigmas arcaicos, creando plataformas que activan su independencia real.
Su participación en la producción social fuera del hogar le otorga una visión de libertad en la lucha política y económica. Es su forma de expresar disconformidad ante la opresión que recaía sobre sus hombros mediante el trabajo doméstico no remunerado (limpieza, crianza, cuidados). Al salir a trabajar a la par del hombre, la mujer deja de ser un objeto condicionado para convertirse en un sujeto activo de su destino.
Breaking Archaic Paradigms
When observing the course of history, we see the foundations of a peak architecture of oppression. For centuries, women moved with light footsteps through events, held as "slaves to men" and confined to submissive domestic roles within the patterns of patriarchy. Today, women are dismantling these archaic paradigms, creating innovative platforms that activate their genuine independence.
By participating in social production outside the home, women gain an active role and a vision of freedom in the political and economic struggle. This is their way of expressing dissent against the extreme oppression and violence that fell upon the female condition, which bore the weight of the entire family on its shoulders. Through the rejection of unpaid domestic toil (cleaning, upbringing, caregiving), women move beyond being "objects" and step out to work alongside men as equals in the community.
Un Enfoque Global y Humano
La dignidad no es plena si solo beneficia a grupos selectos. La libertad pertenece a quien piensa diferente, sin discriminación. En este sentido, es loable que organismos como la ONU recojan el sentimiento de empoderamiento, promoviendo el acceso a mercados financieros, la propiedad de la tierra y la gerencia corporativa.
Asimismo, marcos legales internacionales como la Convención de Belém do Pará son fundamentales para erradicar la violencia y proteger su integridad física y psicológica, requisito previo para cualquier libertad real. La democracia no puede llamarse tal sin la participación paritaria en los parlamentos y sin infraestructuras públicas que alivien la carga del cuidado, permitiendo a la mujer integrarse eficientemente al mercado laboral.
A Global and Humanistic Framework
Dignity is not full if it only benefits select social groups. Freedom and dignity belong to all who think differently, without discrimination. It is interesting to see how the UN captures this sentiment of empowerment by promoting women's access to financial markets, land ownership, and corporate management.
Furthermore, international legal frameworks (such as the Belém do Pará Convention or CEDAW) are essential to protecting the physical and psychological integrity of women as a prerequisite for their dignity. Democracy is not true democracy without women; therefore, the promotion of parity quotas in parliaments and governments is essential, as is the creation of public infrastructure (childcare, healthcare systems) to relieve women of the "burden" of unpaid labour.
La Dimensión Espiritual
Es imperativo traer a colación el aporte de Joaquín Trincado, quien describe a la mujer históricamente como la "esclava de los esclavos". Su propuesta de libertad plena reconoce una doble opresión: la económica y la dogmática-religiosa.
Educación Integral: La mujer debe recibir la misma instrucción científica y filosófica que el hombre. La libertad nace del conocimiento y de la erradicación de la ignorancia.
Responsabilidad Colectiva: La crianza y el cuidado no deben ser un fardo individualista que "ate" a la mujer al hogar, sino una responsabilidad comunitaria que libere sus hombros.
The Spiritual Dimension
It is essential to bring forward the spiritual and theoretical contribution of Joaquín Trincado, who demands an end to slavery. He describes womanhood as having been the "slave of slaves". His proposal for full liberation begins by acknowledging that women have been doubly oppressed: by the economic system and by religious/patriarchal structures.
Integral Education: Women must receive the same scientific and philosophical education as men. Freedom, according to Trincado, is born from knowledge and the elimination of ignorance (especially that imposed by religious dogmas).
Collective Responsibility: Trincado argues that women must not be "tethered" to the individualistic home. Raising and caring for children should be understood as a collective responsibility, shifting the weight from the individual woman to the community.
El Termómetro de la Civilización
Para concluir me suscribo la promoción del empoderamiento como un hecho profundamente civilizatorio. Si la mujer no es libre, el hombre tampoco podrá serlo, pues ambos constituyen las dos mitades de una misma unidad humana.
La libertad real solo será posible cuando el acceso a la subsistencia no dependa de tutelas ni explotaciones. Es fundamental integrar a la mujer —en pensamiento, carne y hueso— en todas las esferas creativas y productivas, garantizando igualdad de mando y eliminando brechas digitales.
The Thermometer of Civilisation
I subscribe to the promotion of empowerment and dignity as a profoundly civilising historical fact. If a woman is not free, a man cannot be free either, for both are two halves of a single human unit.
Real freedom will only be possible when access to the means of subsistence no longer depends on male guardianship or wage exploitation It is fundamental to integrate women—in thought, flesh, and bone—into all spheres of productive and creative work, ensuring equal pay, opportunity, and leadership.
Finalmente, la libertad plena requiere tiempo para la esencia: tiempo para el arte, la política, la ciencia y la recreación. La mujer tiene el derecho absoluto de vivir en paz, asistida por el dominio de amar y ser amada en un equilibrio saludable de amor personal, familiar y social. Su valor y su esencia encuentran su apoyo moral en este avance cualitativo, logrando sostenerse con dignidad a través del curso de la historia.
Finally, full liberation requires time for the essence: time for art, politics, science, and recreation. A woman has the absolute right to live in peace, empowered by the healthy choice to love and be loved within personal, family, and community circles. Her value and essence find their moral support in this qualitative advancement, achieving a dignity sustained through historical development.
