Dos años fomentando el crecimiento personal | Two years fostering personal growth

Desde que comencé en HIVE me he dedicado a explorar muchas comunidades, mi espíritu se siente cómodo por los caminos del nomadismo. En ocasiones he permanecido tiempo en algunas, he conocido gente amable y luego sigo tratando de ver qué más hay. Nuestro ecosistema es un amplio universo que a veces parece inabarcable.

En ese andar un buen día me encontré con una comunidad de nombre muy peculiar Hive account@holos-lotus, me llamó la atención su propuesta y comencé a visitarla ocasionalmente.

Pronto me di cuenta que Holos era uno de esos sitios para quedarse, donde sus administradores tienen claro la importancia de crear un gran ambiente y de proporcionar contenidos que mejoren la vida la de los hivers.

Luego de un tiempo mi esposa Hive account@damarysvibra me comentó que Mirianna Hive account@miriannalis, la había invitado para compartir un nuevo espacio en Discord, en un programa con un nombre muy sugerente “El Arte de Vivir”. A partir de ese momento mi acercamiento a Holos fue mayor, ahora no solo escribía con más regularidad en la comunidad sino que participaba en el excelente programa que conducen estas dos talentosas hivers.

Con motivo del primer aniversario de Holos varias personas sugirieron ampliar las actividades de la comunidad y manifestaron el deseo de que hubiese más espacios en Discord. Mirianna y Damarys hablaron conmigo y me propusieron que condujera dos nuevos programas: “El Cine Club” y el “Club de Lectura”.

Llevar los dos espacios resultó mucho para mis posibilidades de tiempo así que tuve que dejar el “Cine Club” y me he mantenido con el “Club de Lectura”.

La experiencia con el “Club de Lectura” ha sido extraordinaria, me ha permitido ampliar mis conocimientos en áreas novedosas para mí. Con cada texto he aprendido cosas nuevas que me estimulan a seguir investigando y me conducen a reflexiones más profundas.

Además, lo más importante es que esta actividad no la hago solo sino que cuento con la compañía de un grupo de amigos que generosamente disponen de su tiempo para conversar animadamente sobre los textos que dejo a su consideración. Vaya mi agradecimiento a todos esos amigos que siguen animando con su presencia esta actividad que disfruto tanto.

Para mí son invalorables todos esos momentos de conversación con los hivers que comparten sus opiniones sobre los textos propuestos. Es impresionante como mediados por la lectura de un libro vamos creando un espacio de conexión, en el que cada uno toma conciencia de un asunto nuevo que le sirve para mejorar su vida.

En cada reunión aprovechamos para compartir nuestras experiencias, para expresar las diferentes interpretaciones de cada quien.

Entre todos logramos crear un ambiente de diálogo que nos permite avanzar, en el que todos sentimos que hemos crecido un poquito más. Cada una de los contenidos trabajados contribuye a iluminar algo dentro de nosotros, incrementa alguna de nuestras fortalezas y nos dispone a pensar en cómo superar nuestras debilidades. La lectura cumple plenamente su función de abrir caminos.

No es casual que en estos dos años nuestra comunidad haya tenido un crecimiento sostenido. Cada día se suman más personas, aumentan las publicaciones y las interacciones entre los hivers.

Son muchas las razones para que los hivers quieran acercarse a Holos. Aquí las personas sienten mucho acompañamiento y llegan con la certeza de que siempre van a encontrar contenidos muy útiles, estimulantes y motivantes. El gran equipo de Holos compuesto por sus administradores, moderadores y columnistas, tienen muy claro sus objetivos y está muy comprometido en promocionar el crecimiento personal de los hivers.

Para mí es un gran honor formar parte de este gran equipo. Siempre le estaré agradecido a Hive account@miriannalis y Hive account@damarysvibra por haberme dado la oportunidad de tener el programa de Discord. Seguro estoy que continuaran los éxitos de esta linda comunidad.

Since I started at HIVE I have been exploring many communities, my spirit is comfortable in the ways of nomadism. Occasionally I have stayed for a while in some, met nice people, and then I keep trying to see what else is out there. Our ecosystem is a vast universe that sometimes seems unfathomable.

One day I came across a community with a very peculiar name Hive account@holos-lotus, its proposal caught my attention and I started to visit it occasionally.

Soon I realized that Holos was one of those sites to stay, where its administrators are clear about the importance of creating a great environment and providing content that improves the lives of hivers.

After a while my wife Hive account@damarysvibra told me that Mirianna Hive account@miriannalis, had invited her to share a new space on Discord, in a program with a very suggestive name "The Art of Living". From that moment on my approach to Holos was greater, now I not only wrote more regularly in the community but also participated in the excellent program hosted by these two talented hivers.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of Holos several people suggested to expand the activities of the community and expressed the desire that there were more spaces in Discord. Mirianna and Damarys talked to me and proposed that I host two new programs: "El Cine Club" and "Club de Lectura".

Running the two programs was too much for my time possibilities so I had to leave the "Cine Club" and I have stayed with the "Club de Lectura".

The experience with the "Book Club" has been extraordinary, it has allowed me to broaden my knowledge in areas that were new to me. With each text I have learned new things that stimulate me to continue researching and lead me to deeper reflections.

Moreover, the most important thing is that I do not do this activity alone, but I count on the company of a group of friends who generously give their time to talk animatedly about the texts that I leave for their consideration. My thanks go to all those friends who continue to encourage with their presence this activity that I enjoy so much.

For me, all those moments of conversation with the hivers who share their opinions on the proposed texts are invaluable. It is impressive how, through the reading of a book, we create a space of connection in which each one becomes aware of a new subject that serves to improve his or her life.

At each meeting we take the opportunity to share our experiences, to express the different interpretations of each one of us.

Together we manage to create an atmosphere of dialogue that allows us to move forward, in which we all feel that we have grown a little more. Each of the contents worked on contributes to illuminate something within us, increases some of our strengths and makes us think about how to overcome our weaknesses. Reading fully fulfills its function of opening paths.

It is not by chance that in these two years our community has had a sustained growth. Every day more people join, publications and interactions between hivers increase.

There are many reasons for hivers to want to approach Holos. Here people feel a lot of support and arrive with the certainty that they will always find very useful, stimulating and motivating content. The great Holos team of administrators, moderators and columnists are very clear about their objectives and are very committed to promoting the personal growth of hivers.

For me it is a great honor to be part of this great team. I will always be grateful to Hive account@miriannalis and Hive account@damarysvibra for giving me the opportunity to have the Discord program. I'm sure that the success of this beautiful community will continue.
