Lo primero que quería dejar claro es que mi experiencia en Hive es bastante corta, ya que solo han pasado 5 meses desde mi presentación, por lo tanto soy más nuevo en Hive que en la comunidad de Holos&Lotus, pero no quería dejar pasar esta iniciativa desapercibido, respondiendo a la invitación de mi querida 
Por tanto a pesar de tener poca experiencia en esta comunidad y solo he participad en sus iniciativas, las que me han gustado mucho, quiero reconocer que con ellas he aprendido a valorar cosas que en otros instantes no he tenido en cuenta y me ha ayudado a reflexionar sobre mi equilibrio emocional y lo que he estado haciendo bien o mal en aras de mantener una adecuada salud de la mente y el espíritus, por tanto esas reflexiones me llevan siempre por los buenos caminos de obtener paz interior que se traduce siempre en Bienestar.

Therefore, despite having little experience in this community and I have only participated in its initiatives, which I have liked a lot, I want to acknowledge that with them I learned to value things that at other times I have not taken into account and it has helped me to reflect about my emotional balance and what I have been doing right or wrong in order to maintain proper health of mind and spirits, therefore these reflections always lead me along the right paths to obtain inner peace that always translates into Well-being.
Esta comunidad me ha inspirado a escribir referente a mis emociones y pensamientos y no simplemente mostrarlos que ya es mucho pedir para una persona como yo, sino que me ha enseñado a mirarlos de afuera porque a la vez que los escribo y después leo con calma lo que expongo y me hace reflexionar mucho, lo cual ha resultado en un gran aprendizaje para mí de la manera en que debo afrontar diferentes circunstancias de mi vida personal y laboral. Por tanto, expresarme es algo que he aprendido a hacer, porque en mi vida personal siempre escucho mucho a los demás y me gusta mucho aconsejar y guiar, pero exteriorizo poco y Holos&Lotus en este corto camino me ha enseñado eso y ha sido muy bueno para mí.
En mi caso particular soy una persona que me gusta mucho la superación intelectual, laboral, amo a mi familia mas que nada y me encanta tener buenos amigos y compartir con ellos, además de estar bien y en sintonía con mi yo interior, por tanto, temas que me gustarían mucho que se desarrollen en la comunidad serian la familia, primero que todo, los amigos y todo lo referente a la superación ya sea intelectual, profesional y espiritual. Se que ya muchas cosas se han tocado, pero vale mucho la reafirmación sobre esos valores, por lo menos para mí son esenciales.
Mi aporte a esta comunidad no puede ser otro que seguir compartiendo contenido en ella, participando en todos los retos y concursos, lo cual aporta a la comunidad y para mi es un regalo exquisito ya que me ayuda a expresar mis emociones, cosa que no hago . regularmente y cuanto más lo hago mejor me siento, así que el beneficio es mutuo.

In my particular case, I am a person who really likes intellectual and work improvement, I love my family more than anything and I love having good friends and sharing with them, in addition to being well and in tune with my inner self, therefore, Topics that I would very much like to see developed in the community would be the family, first of all, friends and everything related to self-improvement, be it intellectual, professional and spiritual. I know that many things have already been touched on, but the reaffirmation of those values is worth a lot, at least for me they are essential.
My contribution to this community cannot be other than to continue sharing content in it, participating in all the challenges and contests, which contributes to the community and for me it is an exquisite gift since it helps me express my emotions, which I do not do. regularly and the more I do it the better I feel, so the benefit is mutual.
