So I washed them well, cut them in half and boiled them only with water.
Nunca lo había hecho con manzana y me sorprendió ver qué la infusión es súper olorosa y tiene el sabor característico de la manzana. Me la tomé con un poco de canela, una pizca .sin azúcar ni nada, para mí gusto no necesitaba nada más. Me pareció divina y relajante su sabor. Igual quien guste, puede ponerle azúcar o un poco de miel.
I had never made it with apple and I was surprised to see that the infusion is very fragrant and has the characteristic flavor of the apple. I drank it with a little cinnamon, a pinch, no sugar or anything else, for my taste it didn't need anything else. I found its taste divine and relaxing. Whoever likes it, can add sugar or a little honey.
Guarde un poco que me quedo, y la metí en la nevera, me la tomé hoy en la mañana fría y su sabor está intacto, me la tomé sola en sustitución del agua y es súper refrescante. Pienso tomarla regularmente. La manzana tiene propiedades diuréticas, y que ayudan a nivelar la presión arterial e inflamaciones entre otras bondades. Así que la recomiendo esta infusión tanto caliente como fría para limpiar nuestro organismo y consentirlo al mismo tiempo.
