El amor nos da la fuerza para continuar, así empieza el título de mi post, creo que el amor en la vida es algo muy importante para el ser humano sobre todo para sobrellevar situaciones difíciles y vencer miedos. Cuántos miedos no he tenido yo, por ejemplo, miedo a mis propios pensamientos cosa que he ido trabajando con un cambio de actitud y un poco también de fuerza de voluntad.
Mi principal fortaleza es que a pesar de tener miedo tengo mucho amor dentro de mi lo que me hace ver siempre algo bueno de todo aunque no siempre fui así pero la vida y sus golpes me han enseñado muchas cosas y que la mejor manera de vivir es desde la gratitud y el amor.
Love gives us the strength to continue, so begins the title of my post, I believe that love in life is something very important for the human being especially to overcome difficult situations and overcome fears. How many fears have I not had, for example, fear of my own thoughts, something that I have been working with a change of attitude and a little willpower.
My main strength is that in spite of being afraid I have a lot of love inside me which makes me always see something good in everything although I was not always like that but life and its blows have taught me many things and that the best way to live is from gratitude and love.
Recuerdo estar en momentos difíciles y pensar será que yo podré con esto y no soy una persona demasiado religiosa pero he encontrado en Dios un amor que me da paz infinita y me demuestra que aunque las cosas no salgan como yo esperaba siempre pasa algo que me trae una enseñanza o lección y me ayuda a mejorar como persona.
Tengo en mi vida muchas personas que me impulsan a ser mejor, mi familia es una parte muy importante de lo que soy y su amor y apoyo me han impulsado a sacar lo mejor de mi y aunque todos somos diferentes nos queremos y sabemos que contamos los unos con los otros hasta en los momentos más difíciles por qué ya hemos pasado por allí.
I remember being in difficult moments and thinking that I will be able to handle this and I am not a very religious person but I have found in God a love that gives me infinite peace and shows me that even if things do not go as I expected something always happens that brings me a teaching or lesson and helps me to improve as a person.
I have many people in my life that push me to be better, my family is a very important part of who I am and their love and support have pushed me to get the best out of me and although we are all different we love each other and we know that we can count on each other even in the most difficult moments because we have been there.
El amor hacia el proceso de vida y los milagros que han sucedido en mi vida me hacen darme cuenta de lo afortunada que soy por contar con personas honestas y que ayudan aunque sea con una palabra de aliento o simplemente estando cerca y eso lo valoro mucho.
Sobre todo he aprendido a valorar más mis esfuerzos que antes daba por sentado y paso a paso voy caminando hacia una versión de mi que me va gustando cada vez más y ahí está el amor, si no me impulsara el amor por hacer las cosas que hago para mí y para los demás no le encontraría sentido a mi vida.
Porque valorarse a uno mismo es uno de los procesos más difíciles pero gratificantes que hay, a medida que tú te das el amor que mereces tu humor cambia, tus pensamientos cambian y hasta tu forma de ver la vida cambia.
The love towards the process of life and the miracles that have happened in my life make me realize how fortunate I am to have honest people who help even with a word of encouragement or just by being close and I value that very much.
Above all I have learned to value more my efforts that I used to take for granted and step by step I am walking towards a version of me that I like more and more and that is love, if I were not driven by love to do the things I do for myself and for others I would not find meaning in my life.
Because valuing yourself is one of the most difficult but rewarding processes there is, as you give yourself the love you deserve, your mood changes, your thoughts change and even your way of seeing life changes.
Uno de los amores más importantes que he tenido en mi vida y que me enseñó mucho sobre la vida fue el de mi abuela materna, ella era una persona que daba muchísimo amor hacia todo el que conociera porque le salía del corazón, era muy noble y fuerte al mismo tiempo. Me gustaría que en este momento estuviera presente para leer las cosas que escribo porque se que se sentiría muy orgullosa de mi y aunque ya no está sus enseñanzas, valores y los momentos que vivimos juntos fueron muy especiales y dejo una huella en mi corazón que no será borrada jamás. Se que ella cuida de mi y mi familia desde donde está y siempre vela por nuestro bienestar.
One of the most important loves I have had in my life and that taught me a lot about life was my maternal grandmother, she was a person who gave a lot of love to everyone she met because it came from her heart, she was very noble and strong at the same time. I would like her to be present at this moment to read the things I write because I know she would feel very proud of me and although she is no longer here, her teachings, values and the moments we lived together were very special and she left a mark in my heart that will never be erased. I know that she takes care of me and my family from wherever she is and always watches over our well being.
Gracias a la vida por el amor, que puede hacernos hacer cosas que creemos imposibles y que nos da el impulso para continuar en la vida disfrutando de lo más bonito que hay en este mundo, el amor es lo que nos conduce a vivir una vida en plenitud y paz y eso es muy importante tenerlo presente siempre.
Thanks to life for love, which can make us do things that we believe impossible and that gives us the impulse to continue in life enjoying the most beautiful thing in this world, love is what leads us to live a life in fullness and peace and that is very important to always keep in mind.
