Desde hace un tiempo decidí incluir en mi estilo de vida caminar todas las mañanas por razones que era el único medio que conseguí para aliviar mi estrés, siempre pasaba por una cancha donde tres veces por semana se reúnen adultos mayores para hacer bailoterapia en una de tantas caminatas me encontré con mi vecina Yamileth y me invitó a unime al club de las orquídeas mis chicas Fitness desde ese momento tres veces por semana lunes, miércoles y viernes voy a hacer ejercicios con ellas y déjenme decirles que ellas se divierten bastante incluso cuando hay competencias ellas participan.

Cómo en todo grupo no pueden faltar las traviesas jajaja son un grupito que siempre se colocan al final tal cual como en el colegio ellas mismas se dicen las tremendas, pasan toda su hora echando chistes para ellas todos es diversión y uno más que otro ejercicios, dentro de ese grupo está la más seria que le vive llamando la atención para que hagan su rutina de ejercicios jajajaja, distraen el grupo con sus risas y cuentos la instructora se ríe de sus ocurrencias al igual que el resto del grupo.

Todas tienen miedo a perder la lucidez y la fuerza hacer ejercicios es parte de su diversión y lo más importante ayuda para su salud física y mental esta es una etapa por la que todos vamos transitar y que mejor que hacerlo más divertido, cada día con mis chicas Fitness me hacen reír con sus ocurrencias, además que de allí siempre salen felices y eso es lo importante, Hay una idea equivocada que llegar a la tercera edad tienes que vivir una vida triste muy alejado de la realidad de mis chicas Fitness, hay momentos que se ven afectadas cpor algún problema de salud derivados de la edad en cuanto se recuperan vuelven a sus rutinas con la misma alegría de siempre
