Me parece muy interesante la propuesta de nuestra amiga, sobre está tan esperando Iniciativa, poder expresar esas técnicas o estrategias que han sido de gran valor a nuestras vidas, de estabilidad emocional, a lo largo se nuestras vida.

Hoy les voy hablar sobre algunas de esas técnicas o estrategias que me ah sido de gran valor a lo largo de mi vida, desde muy temprana edad luego de graduarme y empezar a ejercer mi profesión, me he encontrado con limitantes y personas que les digo así, porque para todo tienen un pero, pero son personas tan egoísta que crecen ellos solos.

Estos tipos de personas que han cruzado con mi vida, me ah ayudado a crecer, ya que hago un escenario y me proyecto como ellos y definitivamente tomo lo bueno y desecho lo malo, ya que lo mas importante para mi punto de vista es generar un ambiente laboral acorde, óptimo y es tan beneficioso para todos los integrantes de la compañía.

Recuerdo que cuando vino la adopción de las NIIF que son normas internacionales de información financieras para pequeñas y medianas entidades (NIIF // PYMES)

Recuerdo que muchos se les hizo fácil, a otros no, y se realizaron ciertas capacitaciones y nuevos métodos, y nuevos régimen finales de requisitos establecidos, y las ventajas de aplicar las normas de información financiera, y generó en un momento establecido ya que juegan un papel importante en el sistema económico de la sociedad.

Laborar con personas con un ambiente tan perceptible en el momento de que todos están llevando adelante las distintas ocupaciones diarias, y muchas veces es tanta la presión en esas áreas que podemos caer en un abandono de talento, porque podría llegar la desmotivación,

💞El ayudar al que está desmotivado💞

El escuchar a las personas que se sienten en esos momentos tan agobiados, le ayuda a facilitar la vida de esa persona y la mía también, porque siento un gozo una paz, al saber que puede ayudar a alguien aunque sea solo escuchando. Y empiezo a ver cuáles son esas informaciones negativas que tiene la persona con animo bajo, para empezar a sacar lo positivo y el valor inapreciable que es, para la vida de su familia y de sus amigos.

Muchas veces me convierto en una persona multifuncional, porque me gusta ayudar, y en esta vida debemos de aprender de todo un poco, en mi caso les comento algo muy facil, a todo el mundo le gusta café, y son amantes del café, pero a mi persona no, jamás me ah gustado ese tan deliciosa bebidas a las personas, y me bueno, me ah tocado aprender a hacer café, conocer los tipos de café, los gourmet, los espresso, cappuccino, y pared de contar, y todo para generar una estabilidad en las personas que amo, y que me rodean.

Ayudar hasta dando una tasa de café me hace feliz, ya que cuando tú mente y corazón están en paz contigo mismo hay una estabilidad emocional resplandeciente.

Many times I become a multifunctional person, because I like to help, and in this life we must learn a little about everything, in my case I will tell you something very easy, everyone likes coffee, and they are coffee lovers, but Not me, I have never liked people's delicious drinks, and well, I have had to learn how to make coffee, know the types of coffee, the gourmet ones, the espresso, the cappuccino, and the counting wall, and everything. to generate stability in the people I love, and who surround me.

Helping even by giving a cup of coffee makes me happy, since when your mind and heart are at peace with yourself there is a resplendent emotional stability.
