[ESP/ENG] ¡Busca, Apoya y Destaca! Iniciativa 22 de Séptimo Día / Apoyando a dos creadoras de contenidos

Hay iniciativas que destacan por su nivel de ayuda, entrega y bienestar hacia otros. Esta es una de esas porque, considero que el objetivo es intentar visibilizar a algunos creadores de contenidos que lo necesitan y, mediante algunos de los que llevamos más tiempo en la comunidad, intentar que sus publicaciones puedan ser leídas y apoyadas.

Por tal razón, me sumo a esta iniciativa propuesta por el amigo Hive account@emiliorios, para dar mi apoyo a dos creadoras de contenidos que considero tienen mucho que aportar, son jóvenes y, por los temas que abordan y sus líneas de desempeño, pueden contribuir a sumar nuevas abejas a este gran panal.

Invito a todos los creadores de contenidos con suficiente experiencia y prestigio dentro del ecosistema para que se sumen a esta noble idea. De manera particular, invito a dos de los creadores más admirados por mí para que se sumen a la iniciativa: Hive account@palomap3 y a Hive account@ericvancewalton.

Noble idea

Siempre que abordo temas como agradecimientos, apoyo, bienestar o educación, acudo a José Martí, el Héroe Nacional de Cuba, quien dijo: “Al llegar a la tierra, todo hombre tiene derecho a que se le eduque y después, en pago, contribuir a la educación de los demás”.

Considero que esta iniciativa va en ese sentido porque, en mi caso, cuando llegué a Hive account@hive no tenía idea de muchas de algunas de las cosas que hoy domino. Y, gracias a muchos de los que habitan esta casa, he podido levantarme una y otra vez.

En este proceso he ido avanzando gracias a la ayuda de muchos. Por tal razón, lo menos que puedo hacer y hago es apoyar a todos los que pueda, de manera especial a los más nuevos, porque es la manera de hacerles ver que sus creaciones son valiosas y no caen en sacos vacíos.

Mis propuestas

La primera a la que quiero apoyar es a la creadora Hive account@ovefitgym, quien lleva con nosotros dos meses. Esta hivers es doctora de profesión y, según las interacciones con ella, es amante de la naturaleza, los ejercicios físicos, le gusta viajar, le encanta el cine, la música y la fotografía. Además, ama su profesión y, al igual que algunos doctores que tenemos en el ecosistema, como Hive account@neuropoeta o el propio Hive account@emiliorios, tiene mucho que aportar.

Como pueden apreciar, tiene mucho que aportar y aprender.

La otra creadora a la que quiero apoyar es Hive account@melissa2p, una adolescente de apenas 14 años que lleva más de un año con nosotros, pero, el apoyo que ha recibido no ha sido el adecuado.

En este caso, me viene de muy cerca porque Hive account@nony es su papá y, además de ser compañero de trabajo, es uno de los responsables directos de mi entrada al ecosistema y uno de los que más ayuda me ha brindado en estos tres años.

Esta joven es amante de las manualidades, los idiomas, la música, el cine, las series, los Origamis, las flores y la naturaleza.

Un comentario final

Apoyar no siempre es que una ballena se fije en una de nuestras publicaciones y las vote. Apoyar es mucho más que dar un like. Apoyar es interactuar, aconsejar, compartir y ser parte del proceso de crecimiento de los creadores de contenidos.

Es cierto que es una responsabilidad personal ganarse la visibilidad, que esta se construye con el trabajo diario. Pero, en ese proceso, el acompañamiento es imprescindible y el apoyo muy necesario.

Muchas veces, el apoyo y el acompañamiento son las motivaciones que necesitan los creadores para seguir en esta bonita aventura. En caso contrario, deciden volar y anidar en otro lugar donde sean mejor atendidos y valorados.

A Necessary Introduction

This is one of them because I believe its objective is to give visibility to content creators who need it and, through some of us who have been in the community longer, to try to ensure their posts can be read and supported.

I believe this initiative aligns with that sentiment because, in my case, when I joined Hive account@hive, I had no idea about many of the things I now master. And, thanks to many of those who inhabit this community, I have been able to get back up time and time again.

In this process, I have progressed thanks to the help of many. For this reason, the least I can do, and do, is support everyone I can, especially the newest members, because it's a way to show them that their creations are valuable and don't fall on deaf ears.

My proposals

The first person I want to support is the creator Hive account@ovefitgym, who has been with us for two months. This hivers is a doctor by profession and, based on our interactions with her, she loves nature, physical exercise, traveling, film, music, and photography. She also loves her profession and, like some of the other doctors in our ecosystem, such as Hive account@neuropoeta or Hive account@emiliorios himself, she has a lot to offer.

The other creator I want to support is Hive account@melissa2p, a teenager of just 14 years old who has been with us for over a year, but the support she has received hasn't been adequate.

A final comment

Supporting someone isn't always about some whale noticing one of our posts and voting for it. Supporting is much more than giving a like. Supporting is interacting, advising, sharing, and being part of the content creators' growth process.

It's true that gaining visibility is a personal responsibility, and that it's built with daily work. But in that process, guidance is essential, and support is very necessary.

Often, support and guidance are the motivation creators need to continue on this beautiful adventure. Otherwise, they decide to fly and nest somewhere else where they are better cared for and valued.
