Y es que sí, En ocasiones tiende a haber arrepentimiento ante algunas acciones que tomamos y que luego pensamos si yo hubiese sabido que iba a pasar esto pues no lo fuese hecho, pero cuando vamos madurando nos vamos dando cuenta de que cada una de esas cosas nos fueron enseñando, me atrevería a decir que fueron lecciones de vida.

Aceptar lo sucedido y seguir adelante claro No es tan fácil como suena.

Les debo admitir que yo soy una persona que me gusta tener el control y por eso precisamente creo que en muchas ocasiones la ansiedad me gana precisamente por no conocer el qué va a pasar, es una sensación bastante fuerte y las personas que somos así nos estresamos mucho.

Pero como les dije anteriormente la vida se trata de infinitas decisiones que debemos tomar, ya después veremos qué sucede, simplemente creo que mientras decidamos hacer lo que creamos conveniente para nosotros todo estará bien, y si no sale bien no nos sentiremos mal porque habremos tomado la decisión que en ese momento creíamos era la correcta.

Desde mi experiencia les puedo decir que a veces es mejor no saber lo que va a pasar, porque creo que el problema es que nos creamos falsas expectativas de lo que va a suceder y cuando esas no se dan nos llevamos grandes decepciones, pero si tratamos de no ir con ideas en la cabeza de lo que pueda o no pasar todo será una sorpresa al momento de que suceda.
