Ella dejo de escribir hace mucho tiempo, porque tenias como decir mas empeño y necesidad de mejorar su economía, ya que es madre soltera de dos bellos chicos, alquilaba una casita, pero con lo de hive era muy poco para cubrir muchas cosas, así que se dedico a su otra gran fortaleza como lo es la costura.
El año pasado como por noviembre ella me escribe y me dice que esta muy feliz, porque ya pronto tendrá su casita que tanto soñó, porque vivió mucho tiempo alquilando, se cambio varias veces de casa.
Yo sabia que a ella le había dado un terreno hace tiempo, algo como una herencia familiar, con una casa pero esta estaba en muy mal estado, que removieron parte de la misma, para remodelar con buenas bases, asi que su primer momento bueno de la costura fue en la pandemia, que le salieron contratos y contratos para la elaboración de tapabocas de muchas empresas, colegios, instituciones, con eso se impulso.
Como ya sabia de costura, descubrió el mundo de la sublimación, donde antes mandaba a imprimir las hojas y sublimaba con plancha casera, asi que poco a poco ella fue comprando sus equipos de la plancha de sublimación, la impresora, eso nunca dejo el rol de madre, de hija también, sus hijos, pero siempre enfocada en su casa, de sus hijos, su techo propio, que es algo que en la actualidad es difícil de conseguir ya sea comprando hecha o peor aun fabricando desde cero.
Pero todos los esfuerzos, las noches largas y desveladas, están dando los frutos, porque lo importante es que ya empezó, y va muy avanzada. Ya falta pero menos que al principio.

Por eso es que cuando somos mujeres solas con hijos, pero con muchas fortalezas podemos salir solas adelante, hacer muchas cosas por el bienestar de nuestros hijos y nosotras mismas.
Como le digo a ella, que ahora si con mas ganas iré a su casa cuando este hecha, ya que tendré un cuarto donde llegar a su casa ja ja ja ja.
Ella tiene su profesión escolar que es Docente, pero nunca ejerció, no porque no quiso, sino que no consiguió un cargo, un empleo, pero menos mal tenia estas otras cualidades que le ha permitido tener para sus hijos y ella: alimentación, atención en salud, recreación.

I knew that she had been given some land a long time ago, something like a family inheritance, with a house, but it was in very poor condition, so they removed part of it to remodel it with good foundations. Her first good moment in sewing came during the pandemic, when she received contract after contract to make face masks for many companies, schools, and institutions, which gave her a boost.
As she already knew how to sew, she discovered the world of sublimation, where she used to send the sheets to be printed and sublimated them with a homemade iron. so little by little she bought her sublimation iron and printer. She never gave up her role as a mother and daughter to her children, but she always focused on her home, her children, and her own roof, which is something that is difficult to achieve nowadays, whether buying it ready-made or, even worse, building it from scratch.
But all the effort, the long nights and sleepless hours, are paying off, because the important thing is that it has already started, and it is well underway. There is still work to be done, but less than at the beginning.
He even bought a motorcycle so he can get around when making deliveries, picking up materials for his new business, and running errands.
That's why when we are single mothers, but with many strengths, we can get ahead on our own, do many things for the well-being of our children and ourselves.
