These days it has been raining a lot in El Junquito, which has forced me to stay at home since the roads that communicate me with the center of Caracas become a real disaster because of the water, but it is important to see the positive side of all this, I think that one of the biggest advantages of living here is the nature and eternal contact with it. Venezuelans are always looking for that point of connection with nature, those who live in the center of Caracas usually climb the Avila on weekends, looking for a way to disconnect from the bustle and connect with the tranquility of the earth, I have the great advantage of doing that every day when I stay in the Junquito.
Éstos días ha estado lloviendo bastante en el Junquito, lo que me ha obligado a estar en casa ya que las vias que me comunican con el centro de Caracas se vuelven un real desastre por el agua, pero es importante ver el lado positivo de todo ésto, creo que de las más grandes ventajas de vivir acá, es la naturaleza y eterno contacto con ella. El venezolano siempre está buscando ese punto de conexión con la naturaleza, quienes viven en el centro de Caracas suelen subir al Ávila los fines de semana, buscando de cierta forma desconectarse del bullicio y conectarse con la tranquilidad de la tierra, yo tengo la gran ventaja de hacer eso a diario cuando me quedo en el Junquito.
My house is surrounded by trees, it is a plot of land of about 500 meters, we have coffee, banana, mango and avocado trees, I call it my little paradise, because apart from being my home it is really a place of tranquility and connection with the earth.
Mi casa está rodeada de árboles, es un terreno más o menos de 500 metros, tenemos matas de café, de cambur o "banana", de mango y de aguacate, yo lo llamo, mi pequeño paraíso, porque aparte de ser mi hogar es realmente un lugar de tranquilidad y conexión con la tierra.
Here the rainy days are quite cold but their beauty is undeniable, to appreciate them means to witness a true spectacle, as if the light presented us with a performance where the water stars the scene in his company, I am not very good at finding words to describe the beauty of things, failing that, I found in the image the way to transmit it and I fell in love with the infinite possibilities that I faced daily.
Aquí los días de lluvia son bastante fríos pero es innegable su belleza, apreciarlos significa presenciar un verdadero espectáculo, como si la luz nos presentase un performance donde el agua protagoniza la escena en su compañía, no soy muy buena encontrando palabras para describir la hermosura de las cosas, en su defecto, encontré en la imagen el camino para transmitilo y me enamore se las infinitas posibilidades a las que me enfrentó a diario.
