Today this is simple, it is about a handful of things I saw on the streets, which have caught my attention for different reasons such as: color, shape, texture, abstraction and so on... So these are photos which may seem few among my RAW files corresponding to a couple of street walks, but in reality they are more than they seem and once sitting in front of my PC, I find it absolutely fun to process and edit them... In addition, I have done this work while listening to an audiobook with headphones and the lightness of the process required by these photos, has allowed me to work on them comfortably without losing the thread of what I am listening to... Two birds with one stone and a whole exercise in mental gymnastics in itself! 😂

Hoy esto es simple, ser trata de un puñados de cosas vistas por mi en las calles, las cuales han llamado mi atención por distintos motivos como: el color, la forma, la textura, la abstracción y así por el estilo... Entonces estas son fotos las cuales pueden parecer pocas en medio de mis archivos RAW correspondientes a un par de caminatas callejeras, pero en realidad son más de lo que parecen y una vez sentado en frente de mi PC, me resulta francamente divertido procesarlas y editarlas.... Además, he hecho este trabajo mientras escucho con audífonos un audiolibro y la ligereza del proceso requerido por estas fotos, me ha permitido trabajar sobre ellas cómodamente sin perder el hilo de lo que estoy escuchando... ¡Dos pájaros de una sola piedra y todo un ejercicio de gimnasia mental en si mismo! 😂

These are photos from this August, which hasn't even ended yet, and they were all taken in response to the visual impact they generated when I saw them. Some were sought after, others simply jumped out at me as if by fate... The titles of these photos are basically: What comes to mind when I see them...

Estas son fotos de este Agosto el cual aún no termina y son fotos hechas todas en respuesta al impacto visual que generaron en mi al observarlas. Algunas son buscadas, otras simplemente saltaron frente a mi como por cuestiones del destino... Los títulos de estas fotos obedecen prácticamente a: Aquello que viene a mi mente al verlas...

Interestingly, while processing these photos, I realized they were all taken with my 100mm prime macro lens... Apparently, and instinctively, it seems to me, that focal length is the one that works best for me when it comes to taking photos of this type...

Curiosamente, mientras procesaba estas fotos, me percaté de que todas fueron hechas con mi lente de focal fija 100mm para macros... Al parecer, de manera instintiva creo, esa distancia focal es la que mejor funciona conmigo cuando se trata de hacer fotos de este tipo...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
