This comes from my curiosity to analyze the urban ecosystem, the interaction between its inhabitants and the various social phenomena seen every day.

I don't see it that way. Of course, technically speaking, you need the necessary knowledge to create an image that meets the needs of your clients, and when it comes to clients, they are always right.
However, urban photography goes beyond the controllable, and it is precisely the only thing that controls is the configuration in case of working with a reflex, and of course, what you want to show.
Se suele creer que es fácil de llevar a cabo a comparación con otros tipos de fotografía, dónde se tiene controlado todo, cómo por ejemplo el trabajo fotográfico con productos o modelos.
Particularmente no lo veo así. Claro, técnicamente hablando se necesita del conocimiento necesario para crear una imagen que cumpla con las necesidades de los clientes, y cuando se habla de clientes, ellos siempre tienen la razón.
Sin embargo, la fotografía urbana va más allá de lo controlable, y es que precisamente lo único que controla es la configuración en caso de trabajar con una réflex, y por supuesto, lo que se quiere mostrar.
What is the difficulty, then? For me, it is to make aesthetic the routine, the normal, the insipid, the "real" and the boring. It is also to find the interest in the everyday, and turn it into the opposite.
That's why entertainment emerges as an alternative to escape from reality and that's when commercial photography satisfies that need, and I don't think it's wrong, I'm just not interested in approaching the image with the purpose of selling directly.
For me, urban photography is a great opportunity to open yourself to the world and its infinite possibilities.
¿Cuál es la dificultad entonces? Para mí, es hacer estética la rutina, lo normal, lo insípido, lo "real" y lo aburrido. Es también hallar el interés en lo cotidiano, y convertirlo en todo lo contrario.
Es por eso que el entretenimiento surge como alternativa para huir de la realidad y es allí cuando la fotografía comercial satisface esa necesidad, y no me parece mal, solo que no me interesa abordar la imagen con el propósito de vender directamente.
Para mí, la fotografía urbana es una gran oportunidad para abrirte al mundo y sus infinitas posibilidades.
