Hello friends! This is my first post in Visual Shots community. I took birth in Bihar but have been living in Kolkata for several years. Esplanade is located in the middle of the city of Kolkata. This is a big market hub of many things like eateries, garments, shopping mall, silver jewellery, electronics goods, and home decor materials. There are many shopping areas such as Maidan Market, Dharmatala Market, New Market, Underground AC Market, and etc..
Esplanade has huge footfalls, mainly in morning and evening. However, I see human rush throughout the day over there. There are several food and tea stalls in this area. One tea stall can be seen in the above photo. I drink tea in that stall whenever I go Esplanade. However, it is not necessary, I often drink tea in the same stall.
This area is called Metro lane which has several camera showrooms, garment shops, and shoe stalls. You can see the crowd in the market.
In today afternoon, when I was looking for Bank ATM there, I saw people were having fast food in the food stall. You can't imagine there revenue. This area has huge footfalls.
