Hello Hivers
Hello friends, this is my first post in this community, and as the beginning of our meeting, I will try to share some pictures of the strange beetle that I found, its shape is very much different from other types of beetles, but it also has unique characteristics. no less interesting to look at
Attelabidae is a family of boring beetles that is widespread, They are primitive beetles, because of their straight antennae, which are inserted near the base of the rostrum. The prothorax is much narrower than the base of the elytra on the stomach. Attelabidae and the related family Rhynchitidae are commonly known as leafroller beetles, Rhynchitidae can be considered the subfamily Rhynchitinae of Attelabidae

This beetle is really unique, its body shape is round while its head is very similar to an ant, at first I thought she was a queen ant or something, but when she flew all my arguments were refuted, she is not an ant, but a beetle from the past
Its color is also not like other types of beetles, its body structure is rough and its shield is not shiny, but it is very interesting to look at
Its size can be seen clearly in the picture above, I was really curious about this animal, and tried to touch it, they don't bite and are tame, the proof is that I can play as much as I want with this beetle, but it still doesn't fly
In the last picture, it's the same type of beetle, but there are things that make it different, the pair of beetles in the last photo can be seen having a black color on the head, but the previous one has a red color, there is no difference in the others, maybe it's the age or gender factor they
That's the best picture I have and for this time that's all I can share, thank you and see you soon
