Todo empezó cuando Ana viajó a Caracas por motivos de trabajo. Tenía que asistir a una conferencia sobre marketing digital y se hospedó en un hotel cercano al evento. Luis también estaba en Caracas, pero por razones distintas. Él era un fotógrafo Freelancer que había sido contratado para cubrir una boda en la misma zona donde se celebraba la conferencia.

El primer encuentro fue en el lobby del hotel. Ana estaba saliendo para ir a la conferencia y Luis estaba entrando para dejar su equipaje. Se cruzaron las miradas y sintieron una conexión instantánea. Ana se sonrojó y bajó la vista, mientras que Luis le dedicó una sonrisa tímida. Ninguno de los dos se atrevió a decir nada, pero se quedaron con la curiosidad de saber más del otro.

El segundo encuentro fue en una avenida. Ana había terminado la conferencia y decidió dar un paseo por la ciudad. Luis había acabado su trabajo y también quería conocer un poco más de Caracas. Se encontraron en una esquina de Chacao, justo cuando ambos iban a cruzar la calle para entrar en un centro comercial llamado Sambil. Se reconocieron al instante y se saludaron con cordialidad.

Comenzaron una conversación en donde se preguntaron por la salud y que estaban haciendo en la ciudad. Ambos descubrieron que tenían muchas cosas en común. Les gustaba el arte, la música, el cine y los libros. También compartían algunos valores y sueños. Sin embargo, también se dieron cuenta de que había algunas diferencias entre ellos. Ana vivía en Maracaibo y era católica, mientras que Luis vivía en Valencia y era mormón. Además, Ana era más alta que Luis, lo que le hacía sentir un poco incómoda.

Ambos se fueron con el pensamiento de que las casualidades estaban a la orden del día. Por donde quiera se conseguían.

El cuarto encuentro fue en el aeropuerto. Cada uno abordaría un avión que los llevaría a sus ciudades de residencia.

No aguantaron. Intercambiaron números de teléfono, se abrazaron, se besaron y el salido de Luis le dijo que la iba a extrañar.

Por los parlantes se hizo el llamado para abordar el primer avión en salir. Se despidieron con lágrimas en los ojos y prometieron mantenerse en contacto.

Se dieron un último beso y se apretaron. Perdón, se separaron. Cada uno tomó su vuelo, pero no perdieron la esperanza. Se enviaron mensajes durante todo el viaje y se juraron amor eterno.

El quinto encuentro fue en Maracaibo. Luis había sido invitado por una agencia de publicidad muy importante de la ciudad para discursar en un magno evento. Debía exponer sobre las técnicas de fotografía.

Por cosas del destino o de la casualidad, Ana estaba entre los asistentes al evento.

Cuando Luis comenzó su intervención, Ana casi que le dio un infarto. No podía creerlo, él estaba allí y ella se apresuró a su encuentro. Cuando lo tuvo enfrente, se lanzó a sus brazos y lo besó con pasión.

Así fue como empezó su historia de amor, una historia llena de casualidades, dificultades y diferencias, pero también de felicidad, comprensión y respeto. Aprendieron a aceptarse y a apoyarse, a pesar de la distancia, la religión y la estatura.

It all started when Ana traveled to Caracas for work. She had to attend a conference on digital marketing and stayed at a hotel near the event. Luis was also in Caracas, but for different reasons. They met on a corner in Chacao, just as they were about to cross the street to enter a shopping mall called Sambil. They recognized each other instantly and greeted each other cordially.

They began a conversation where they asked each other about health and what they were doing in the city. They both discovered that they had many things in common. They liked art, music, movies and books. They also shared some values and dreams. However, they also realized that there were some differences between them. The fifth meeting was in Maracaibo. Luis had been invited by a very important advertising agency in the city to speak at a major event. He was to speak about photography techniques.

As fate or chance would have it, Ana was among the attendees at the event.

When Luis began his speech, Ana almost had a heart attack. She couldn't believe it; he was there, and she rushed to meet him. When she had him in front of her, she threw herself into his arms and kissed him passionately.

This is how their love story began, a story full of coincidences, difficulties and differences, but also of happiness, understanding and respect. They learned to accept and support each other, despite distance, religion and stature.
