Trilogía Mortal
Esteban era un joven cuya vida encerraba un profundo secreto. En su barrio aprendió el oficio de barbero desde muy temprana edad.
Como pudo, lidió con sus limitaciones económicas, incluso con los muchachos malos de su barrio, quienes en más de una oportunidad le habían intentado llenar de ideas absurdas su cabeza, ofreciéndole incluso dinero fácil y hasta drogas; pero el logro vencer cada obstáculo hasta lograrlo.
Decidió ser uno de los mejores en su oficio, de esa manera llegó a ganarse el respeto y admiración de todos.
Logró establecer su negocio en el barrio siendo un destacado barbero, es que hacía arte con su máquina.
También era ante los demás un fiel creyente de Dios y de la iglesia a la que asistía frecuentemente; ahí conoció a su futura esposa, una joven hermosa y dulce, quien también guardaba muchas tristezas en su corazón, producto de una familia disfuncional a la que pertenecía. Encontró en él, un alivio a sus vacíos emocionales.
Esteban continuaba su trabajo como barbero y continuo su noviazgo con Belinda, cuando la relación tenía un par de meses le prometió matrimonio a su amada.
Y en pocos días estarían celebrándolo; la joven entusiasmada realizaba los preparativos para su pronta boda.

Por otra parte, en los últimos días a él, no se le veía entusiasmado; no estaba visitándola frecuentemente; aun así, ella lo justificaba, por el ajetreo de la boda.
Sucedió que en una oportunidad uno de los jóvenes mala conducta del barrio, le pidió cortarse el cabello; este, en ese momento, no tenía el dinero para pagarle; sin embargo, prometió que al día siguiente cancelaría y para que confiara en su palabra, le dejaría empeñada su arma de fuego.
Al terminar la jornada, Esteban, el barbero, se fue hasta su casa; al llegar todos sus familiares, como era habitual, estaban reunidos en el patio, conversando de manera amena.
Se acercó a su tío, quien era una de las personas que había influido positivamente en su crianza y a quien amaba infinitamente. Este le pregunto sobre como iban los arreglos para la boda con Belinda.
Esteban le dijo a su tío que a lo mejor no habría boda, y le confesó que había tenido una fuerte discusión con un amigo cercano, alguien del pasado que aún lo seguía molestando.

El tío observó muy molesto a Esteban mientras le contaba lo que le estaba pasando y que ese amigo lo había amenazado con contarle a su futura esposa, a Belinda, la relación que habían sostenido entre ambos por varios años, dejando al descubierto su doble vida.
El tío muy abrumado le dijo que conversara con Belinda antes de que el tal amigo se lo contara, que era mejor andar con la verdad siempre, que lo hiciera antes de que fuera demasiado tarde.
Esteban aún guardaba el arma en su bolso, el arma que no había sido retirada por el cliente y sintió una enorme curiosidad por revisar el arma que le había sido empeñada. Regreso a la barbería al día siguiente.

Escena del crimen pasional
Estando en su negocio llego el amante, quien le gritaba todo cuanto le había dado, y que no iba a permitir que lo abandonara para casarse con la tal Belinda; hubo testigos.
Ante tal amenaza, y con miedo de perder su relación con su novia, Esteban estaba fuera de control y sin pensarlo dos veces sacó el arma del bolso, ingenuamente la manipulo sin sentido apretando el gatillo.
En ese instante se escuchó un disparo de proyectil de arma de fuego y al desviar su mirada, observó inmóvil lo que había ocurrido...su amante tendido en el suelo, con una herida en su pecho.
En la escena del crimen los indicios estaban relacionados con un presunto hecho pasional que permitió establecer la relacion entre la victima y el victimario.

Fue un crimen no planeado, ni premeditado, fue un crimen producto de la infidelidad y las emociones exasperadas del momento.
No hubo boda como se planeó, Belinda fue plantada... saber la noticia fue verdaderamente doloroso; sin duda, agravaba aún más sus conflictos existenciales, simplemente le tocó...
Hoy Esteban paga condena por un acto irresponsable, que aunque fue accidental, aún espera un juicio que permita una sentencia.

A este se le sumaron otros delitos (Tener un arma que había sido robada) que probablemente terminen por alargar su condena.
Por lo que sigue privado de libertad; por ahora continúa con su exitoso trabajo de barbero, esta vez, en un sitio que, sin duda, cambiará para siempre su vida.

Muy mala jugada del destino, no lo sé, pero que este relato nos quede de experiencia, recibir como parte de pago algo que es ilegal no es la mejor opción.
Triste historia la de Esteban porque No todos los privados de libertad son culpables. Ni todos los que no lo están, son inocentes. Por ese motivo no podemos juzgar a todos los privados de libertad.

He was also before others a faithful believer of God and of the church he frequently attended; there he met his future wife, a beautiful and sweet young woman, who also kept many sadnesses in her heart, product of a dysfunctional family to which she belonged. She found in him a relief to her emotional emptiness.
Esteban continued his work as a barber and continued his courtship with Belinda, when the relationship was a couple of months old, he promised to marry his beloved.
And in a few days they would be celebrating; the young woman was excited about the preparations for her wedding.

On the other hand, in the last few days he did not seem enthusiastic; he was not visiting her often; even so, she justified it, because of the hustle and bustle of the wedding.
It happened that on one occasion one of the misbehaving young men of the neighborhood asked him to get a haircut; at that time he did not have the money to pay him; however, he promised that the next day he would pay and to make him trust his word, he would leave him his firearm pawned.
At the end of the day, Esteban, the barber, went to his house; when he arrived, all his relatives, as usual, were gathered in the courtyard, chatting pleasantly.
He approached his uncle, who was one of the people who had positively influenced his upbringing and whom he loved infinitely. He asked him how the arrangements for the wedding with Belinda were going.
Esteban told his uncle that there might not be a wedding, and confessed that he had had a strong argument with a close friend, someone from the past who was still bothering him.

The uncle watched Esteban very upset as he told him what was happening to him and that this friend had threatened to tell his future wife, Belinda, about the relationship they had had for several years, exposing his double life.
The very overwhelmed uncle told him to talk to Belinda before the friend told him, that it was better to always tell the truth, that he should do it before it was too late.
Esteban still kept the gun in his bag, the gun that had not been taken away by the client, and he felt an enormous curiosity to check the gun that had been pawned to him. He returned to the barbershop the next day.

While he was in his store, his lover arrived and shouted at him everything he had given him, and that he was not going to allow him to leave him to marry Belinda; there were witnesses.
Faced with such a threat, and afraid of losing his relationship with his girlfriend, Esteban was out of control and without thinking twice he took the gun out of his bag, naively manipulated it senselessly and pulled the trigger.

Today Esteban pays sentence for an irresponsible act, which although it was accidental, still awaits a trial that allows a sentence.
