CAPÍTULO I: El inicio de una hermosa amistad
Como el ying y el yang la vida es innegable, secuencial y en muchos sentidos inesperada en varias personas. Tarde o temprano ocurrirán sucesos que posiblemente queramos borrar de nuestras mentes, posiblemente esos acontecimientos quieras guardarlos pues más allá de ser una mala experiencia, pueden ser la más grande lección de vida, y no como un castigo sino como una marca que te hará crecer, y ser mejor contigo mismo y con los demás.
Una tarde de octubre un estudiante no tan común, comienza una nueva vida escolar en una secundaria; sin conocer a nadie, aislado de la actual sociedad de estudiante en la cual se encuentra, éste adolescente, bien podría ser quien cambie la vida de muchísimos de ellos, sin saber lo que en realidad le espera. Sebastian Scott, es el nombre del nuevo estudiante, un chico de 16 años, piel clara, ojos cafés, estatura mediana y cabello rojo, y el cual, decide sin mucho preámbulo destacarse en clases, pues esa es su personalidad estudiantil. Sebastian tenía dos buenas amigas que ya hacía 5 años que las conocía. Con ellas estuvo la primera parte de su vida en la nueva secundaria. Una tarde durante la hora de Biología, se realizo una discusión socializada, la profesora Luz Hernández realiza las preguntas pertinentes al tema a discutirse:
- Muy bien chicos, a ver quién me dice los aportes de Aristóteles en la abiogénesis.
Instantáneamente Sebastian alzó la mano, y la profesora le dio la palabra; tan dicho como tan hecho, efectivamente el estudiante respondió la pregunta de una manera tan fácil, que dejo a los demás compañeros anonadados, y tanta fue la sorpresa que obtuvo de parte de ellos aplausos y halagos.
De esta manera Sebastian fue dándose a conocer académicamente en todo el colegio, destacándose entre sus compañeros, degustando a sus profesores y participando en diversas actividades extra cátedras. En momentos de clases el chico siempre estaba con sus dos viejas amigas, en cuanto a evaluaciones grupales, como talleres, exposiciones o trabajos; pero poco a poco fue conociendo a muchos de los otros compañeros, teniendo así una idea más concreta de las personas con las cuales estudiaba y viceversa la relación.
Sebastian tenia preferencia por algunas personas que por otras, debido a su personalidad, se dio cuenta que estudiaba en un salón muy diversificado, pero a su vez unido, pues existían chicas de corazón humilde, y otras más negadas a socializar y ser exclusivas; varones tímidos y expresivos, con buenos sentimientos, pero con algo de malicia en sus mentes. Sin embargo Sebastian conoció a un chico, de 15 años, piel oscura, ojos ámbar, de alta estatura y cabello castaño, y de nombre Chriss Salazar. No obstante Sebastian no sabía que Chriss cambiaria drásticamente su vida.
Al principio Sebastian no se veía en un futuro siendo amigo de Chriss, pues a primera vista le pareció alguien de una actitud antipática, al cual no le importaba nadie mientras él fuera quien saliera bien en todo, en un lenguaje más simple, desinteresado y creído. Con el pasar del tiempo entre Sebastian y Chriss se fueron intercambiando algunas palabras de temas al azar.
Una tarde durante la hora de castellano la profesora Amarilis Machado, designa las preguntas para un examen que se realizara en pareja. Sebastian siempre se colocaba con una de sus antiguas amigas llamada Mercy cuando era el caso, y Chriss era muy constante al colocarse con una antigua compañera de él llamada Mercedes, en eso Mercy tiene una idea y se las plantea a sus compañeros:
- ¿Qué tal si Sebastian se coloca con Chriss y Mercedes conmigo?
Todos aceptaron la propuesta y así se realizo. Este fue el comienzo de la gran y hermosa amistad de Sebastian Scott y Chriss Salazar, por medio de un examen de castellano. Aunque no se colocaban muchas veces juntos en evaluaciones, Sebastian y Chriss eran buenos amigos, y fue transcurriendo el tiempo, dejando muchas experiencias con sus nuevos amigos en Sebastian.
Fue así como llego el inicio del 3er lapso de cuarto año (grado que cursa Sebastian en este punto). La relación de amistad entre los dos estudiantes fue creciendo, y una noche, estos dos estaban hablando por mensaje de textos, y Sebastian, siempre tan inquieto, le hace una pregunta a Chriss:
— ¿Por qué?.. ¿Por qué a estas alturas te acercas tanto a mí?—
— No lo sé, simplemente me pareces una persona grandiosa, podría decirse que te admiro por todo lo que haces y como lo haces, simplemente eso — respondió Chriss.
Sebastian indagando más, continua con la conversación, pues ese momento Chriss le pide ser su mejor amigo y hermano a él:
— ¡Muchas gracias! Y ¡acepto! Pero debes prometerme no fallarme, pues anteriormente tuve un supuesto “Mejor Amigo” y cuando menos lo esperaba, me clavó un puñal por la espalda.—
Así mismo Sebastian y Chriss se hicieron los mejores amigos y hermanos, con la promesa de Chriss de no “fallarle jamás”. Estos mejores amigos se colocaban juntos en todo durante clases, bien sea ellos dos o con los demás compañeros, ambos inseparables.

Like yin and yang, life is undeniable, sequential and in many ways unexpected in many people. Sooner or later events will occur that we may want to erase from our minds, possibly those events you want to keep them because beyond being a bad experience, they can be the greatest life lesson, and not as a punishment but as a mark that will make you grow, and be better with yourself and with others.
One October afternoon, a not so common student begins a new school life in a high school; without knowing anyone, isolated from the current student society in which he finds himself, this teenager could well be the one who changes the lives of many of them, without knowing what really awaits him. Sebastian Scott, is the name of the new student, a boy of 16 years old, light skin, brown eyes, medium height and red hair, and who, without much ado, decides to stand out in class, because that is his student personality. Sebastian had two good friends that he had known for 5 years. He spent the first part of his life in the new high school with them. One afternoon during Biology class, a socialized discussion took place, the teacher Luz Hernandez asked the pertinent questions to the topic to be discussed:
- Alright guys, let's see who can tell me Aristotle's contributions on abiogenesis.
Instantly Sebastian raised his hand, and the teacher gave him the floor; as well said as done, the student answered the question in such an easy way, that he left the other classmates stunned, and so much was the surprise that he got from them applause and praise.
In this way Sebastian was becoming known academically throughout the school, standing out among his classmates, tasting his teachers and participating in various extracurricular activities. At times of classes the boy was always with his two old friends, in terms of group evaluations, such as workshops, exhibitions or work; but little by little he was getting to know many of the other classmates, thus having a more concrete idea of the people with whom he studied and vice versa the relationship.
Sebastian had a preference for some people over others, due to his personality, he realized that he studied in a very diversified classroom, but at the same time united, because there were girls with humble hearts, and others more reluctant to socialize and be exclusive; shy and expressive boys, with good feelings, but with some malice in their minds. However, Sebastian met a boy, 15 years old, dark skinned, amber eyes, tall and brown hair, and his name was Chriss Salazar. Little did Sebastian know that Chriss would drastically change his life.
At first Sebastian did not see himself in the future being friends with Chriss, because at first glance he seemed to be someone with an unfriendly attitude, who did not care about anyone as long as he was the one who came out well in everything, in a simpler language, disinterested and arrogant. As time passed between Sebastian and Chriss they exchanged a few words on random topics.
One afternoon during Spanish class, teacher Amarilis Machado, designated the questions for a test to be given in pairs. Sebastian always placed himself with one of his old friends named Mercy when it was the case, and Chriss was very consistent in placing himself with a former classmate of his named Mercedes, in that Mercy has an idea and poses them to his classmates:
- How about if Sebastian is placed with Chriss and Mercedes with me?
Everyone accepted the proposal and so it was done. This was the beginning of the great and beautiful friendship of Sebastian Scott and Chriss Salazar, through a Spanish exam. Although they did not place many times together in evaluations, Sebastian and Chriss were good friends, and time went by, leaving many experiences with their new friends in Sebastian.
That's how the beginning of the 3rd term of fourth grade (Sebastian's grade at this point) came about. The friendship between the two students was growing, and one night, they were talking via text message, and Sebastian, always so restless, asked Chriss a question:
Why... Why are you getting so close to me at this point?
I don't know, I just think you're a great person, I could say I admire you for everything you do and how you do it, that's all - Chriss answered.
Sebastian, inquiring further, continues the conversation, for at that moment Chriss asks him to be his best friend and brother:
- Thank you very much! And I accept! But you must promise not to fail me, for I had a so-called "Best Friend" before, and when I least expected it, he stabbed me in the back.
Likewise Sebastian and Chriss became best friends and brothers, with Chriss' promise to "never let him down". These best friends would stand together in everything during class, whether it was just the two of them or with their classmates, they were inseparable.
