Leonel el elefante, nació en cautiverio y para él le parecía normal todo lo que había a su alrededor. Nunca imaginó que un mundo fuera de allí existía (para él era su mundo). Caminaba ciertos espacios, tenía comida, agua todos los días. Conversaba con sus amigos con quienes vivía en el zoológico y todos se sentían bien, que todo es excelente.

Lo que Leonel no sabía igual que sus compañeros que los sacarían de allí y los llevarían a su espacio natural, cosa que él no sabía que donde vive actualmente no era su espacio natural. Todos los elefantes rumoraban, sienten miedo porque es una ventana a lo desconocido. No saben que les espera.

Pasaron los días, comenzó el embarque lo que algunos se resistían y su peso parecía que lo duplicaban para no ser llevados a donde los embarcarían para un viaje que desconocían, se preguntaban entre unos y otros : ¿Será nuestro fin?

Ya en la locación, comenzaron a salir del transporte que los llevó allá...movían sus trompas, hacían ruidos, movían sus grandes orejas, miraban a todos lados, uno seguía al otro tomados de la cola para no perderse, para sentir que están acompañados.

Miraban a todos lados y Leonel se sorprendía del espacio tan grande, no hay rejas que nos divida, podemos caminar por todo el terreno, atravesar el río, esto es otra cosa. Leonel para sus adentros pensaba que grande es el mundo, esto es más de lo que ya conocía, no hay quien nos dirija, ¿Qué haremos?

Leonel siempre se destacó en su manada por su inteligencia, todos esperaban a escuchar sus ideas porque se sentían en el aire, todo nuevo, diferente; a esto Leonel le dijo : Nuestro nuevo hogar, aquí viviremos, son espacios diferentes, nadie nos sacará de aquí...hasta el cielo se ve diferente y conviviremos con otras especies. Cada especie respetará su espacio y sus normas...me siento diferente, siento que ya no tendremos mas limitaciones en nuestro espacios, estaremos más unidos para protegernos unos a otros.

Leonel the elephant was born in captivity and for him everything around him seemed normal. He never imagined that a world outside existed (for him it was his world). He walked in certain spaces, had food and water every day. He talked with his friends with whom he lived in the zoo and they all felt good, that everything was excellent.

What Leonel did not know was that they would take them out of there and take them to their natural space, which he did not know that where he lives now was not their natural space. All the elephants rumored, they are afraid because it is a window to the unknown. They do not know what awaits them.

The days went by, the boarding began and some of them resisted and seemed to double their weight so as not to be taken to the place where they would be embarked for a trip they did not know, they asked each other: Will it be the end of us?

Once at the location, they began to get out of the transport that took them there...they moved their trunks, made noises, moved their big ears, looked everywhere, one followed the other holding their tails so as not to get lost, to feel that they were accompanied.

They looked everywhere and Leonel was surprised at how much space there was, there are no fences to divide us, we can walk all over the land, cross the river, this is something else. Leonel thought to himself how big the world is, this is more than what he already knew, there is no one to direct us, what shall we do?

Leonel always stood out in his herd for his intelligence, everyone waited to hear his ideas because they felt in the air, everything new, different; to this Leonel told him: Our new home, we will live here, they are different spaces, nobody will take us out of here...even the sky looks different and we will live together with other species. Each species will respect its space and its rules... I feel different, I feel that we will no longer have limitations in our spaces, we will be more united to protect each other.
