In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube Channel about how scarcity may actually be hurting Splinterlands rather than helping it. We all want to see scarcity in assets (cards/land/etc) because we believe that drives value into those assets but the argument against it is that it leaves players feeling left out and discouraged by not being able to get certain things. I mostly disagree with this though, as scarcity is what really drove the last bull run and if we were to see something similar in the future scarcity would be the driver once again. What do you think?
