Today’s battle that I am sharing was extremely interesting and there was an amazing fight between me and my opponent. After a very long time I achieved a great victory in this battle and a huge part of the credit goes to my armor based monsters.
In this 30 mana battle I selected 3 monsters while my opponent selected 5 monsters. I decided to enter the battle with stronger monsters because my low mana monsters do not have very good powers which could have caused me to lose the battle.
That is why I selected my top 3 strongest monsters with a good combination. On the other hand my opponent’s monsters were also quite impressive. However because of my good selection and positioning I managed to win this battle today.
The special battle rule in this 30 mana match was EARTHQUAKE. In this rule after the first round all units receive 2 physical damage at the start of every round. In simple words every unit continuously loses 2 health each round because of the Earthquake effect.
Keeping this rule in mind I first selected tank monsters with armor so that the Earthquake damage could be covered by their armor. This way when the opponent attacked my armor would continue protecting my health.
At the same time I also wanted attacking monsters so that along with the Earthquake effect, my attack units could deal even more damage. Anyway today I applied both aggressive and defensive strategies and that became the reason for my success.
Or I can say that by taking the best advantage of this battle rule I achieved victory in this battle. If the Earthquake rule had not existed then my strategy would definitely have been different because otherwise I might have faced defeat.
Among all the monsters in this battle the one I want to give the most credit to is Twice Yester Knight which turned out to be my best and favorite monster. The biggest reason for this is its armor and melee attack, which create an excellent combination.
If I talk about its power and stats it is a 7 mana monster card that gives you the opportunity to use it in all kinds of medium battles. It has 3 armor which works extremely well in battle rules like this because it protects against enemy attacks. Along with that its health can also survive the Earthquake rule for quite some time.
Its health is 4 which is considered fairly decent meaning it can survive the Earthquake effect for about 2 rounds. It also has 1 speed which helps support allied units and causes enemy units to miss attacks from time to time.
The best thing about this monster is its melee attack power of +2. This means that every round it attacks enemy units with +2 damage. If the Earthquake effect is also active every round then the enemy unit being attacked could effectively take up to +4 total damage.
Unfortunately at level 1 it does not have any special ability otherwise it could have become an extremely dangerous monster. However if it is upgraded its abilities continue to unlock..
Finally if I talk about its weakness the biggest weakness is its low health. Since it is considered a tank and melee attacker monster it is best suited for the front position.
However because of its low health any heavy damage dealer can eliminate it quickly. Another weakness is the lack of abilities at the starting level which is considered a major drawback.
As for the price this card is available in the market at a very reasonable cost. You can get it for around 0.03 to 0.06 cents. By upgrading it you can make this card even more powerful. Keep in mind that with every upgrade the price of this monster card also changes.
What do you people think about this monster card? Do you have this in your decks? I would be glad to see your answers in the comment section.
