Today I got a chance to play a 50 mana battle. Where I selected 7 monsters and my opponent also selected 7 monsters. Because it was a high mana battle this battle became very interesting for me. And the best thing is that after this great battle I got a wonderful victory.
In high mana battles my strategy is always a bit different. In mid mana and low mana battles I keep changing my strategy. That means every mana level has its own plan and until now this technique has been very successful for me.
My win rate is also more than 65% which motivates me to improve my strategy more. Until the winrate is good I will be with the same strategy I am using in the battles.
Today I thought that since it is a high mana battle I will select such monsters that keep attacking continuously and quickly weaken the opponents frontline tank. According to this plan I built my team.
First of all I placed two strong monsters as tanks which can absorb damage and also do some attack. After that I added attackers in my team that keep giving continuous damage. In the midline I placed attackers and support monsters so that balance remains.
And in the backline I placed full support monsters that can heal, boost or protect the team. This combination was quite strong according to me and perfect for aggressive gameplay.
When the battle started my team performed very well. The frontline tanks absorbed a lot of damage and the attackers kept putting pressure on the opponents monsters. Midline monsters keep on attacking the enemy units. Until all the enemy units were eliminated.
In this battle my favorite monster was Chuma Marandu. Its performance impressed me a lot. Chuma Marandu is a strong tank that stands in the frontline and not only absorbs damage but also gives damage back to the enemy.
Its most special ability is Thorns because of which whenever a melee monster attacks it that monster also gets damage. This ability is very effective against melee heavy teams. Also it has Enrage ability which increases its speed and attack after taking damage which makes it even more dangerous.
But like every monster it also has some weaknesses. It is not very strong against magic attacks because magic directly hits health. That is why it is important to use it with support monsters.
