Before playing Splinterlands battles, the important thing you should keep in mind is that you must have enough cards so you can play the battle easily. As I explained yesterday in a detailed post about the rental system how you can rent cards and how you can use them in battle.
Cards play a very important role in battles. Right now I have a total of four cards which are very few to win a battle. So I need either to buy more cards or rent some good monsters that I understand are strong.
Today I thought to play a ranked battle and see how my cards perform. My cards are good but because they are few, in high mana battles I cannot fill all slots which does not give me a good team combination.
Today I got a 45 mana battle. If it was a low mana battle I could have won with my monsters cards even they are few but because it was a high mana battle I only had four cards and the remaining mana was wasted.
When the battle started my monster cards performed very well especially Dread Trafarin who survived for a long time and eliminated two to three enemy monsters. But as I said my cards were few and the opponent had more cards so I lost the battle.
The main point is that if you have fewer monster cards you should first buy cards or rent them so you can win battles. With every win there is reward for you.
Also keep in mind that this is a play2earn game. After every win you get rewards which you can sell or convert into any token. With these rewards you can also buy more cards from the market which is a very good option.
If I talk about one important card I have, it is Aurelia. It is a monster card that gives +1 health to its allied unit in every round. If it levels up it can give around +3 to +4 health every round which is very strong support. You can check this card and learn more about it.
The next card I have is Dire Bear which belongs to a mundane beast. It is really a strong tank monster considered in my team combination. Dire Bear mana cost is 10 whose health is 7 and have three other abilities which makes it more dangerous.
The fourth card is Mad GearHead which belongs to Goblin and she is also another strong monster. She has a reach ability that can use melee attacks from the second position. These are the four monster cards which I am using in my team combination but I need to extend it to further 10 more cards so that I can place monsters in the battle accordingly.
I hope you guys will like this post and is interesting as well. If you find it informative then dont forget to give me a support. Share you reviews in the comment section below. Thank you all for your time reading the content.
