As for RCs, you need to have HIVE powered up. I see you've currently only got 4HP delegated to you. I've added another bit to that delegation which should see you ok for day-to-day stuff on Hive. Pls don't concern yourself with it, it's just a wee enabler and I'll remove it in a couple of months or so when you've found your feet.
