I have a small question and I would like to ask it directly here, I hope to get an answer according to the new rules, personally I have done a lot of powerdown, basically everything I have generated, but I also invested a large part of that powerdown in buying packs, sps and dec from splinterlands just in packs I got to have between 1800 dollars and 2400 dollars of chaos legion, unfortunately that investment went under x10 or so and there it remains, doing this makes me eligible or ineligible for the new rules?
