It looks like you've landed yourself on the Spamminators list. HiveWatchers and Spamminator are accounts on Hive that keep up with plagiarism or posting multiple times the same thing over and over. If you go back into your comments that you have received on your posts... you can go see where HiveWatchers comments to you what you did wrong. You can join their Discord server and try to appeal so that you don't continue to get the downvotes. I would go find their comment and read it and then see what it says.
