I'm less than a week in to gameplay on and have no idea what I'm doing regarding strategy.
I posted before about losing countless battles in a row and all the frustration that comes with it and while I read posts on splintertalk about what these cards do, I'm pretty slow on the uptake.
My goal is just to get through a daily quest. The reason for this is that couldn't figure out the daily quest when gameplay first started and I never took advantage of what one daily quest would have brought me from the airdrop had I done them.
You see, I'm the type of person that would log in every day and do a task. In fact I get addicted to things like that so I know I would have done them daily.
But, I just couldn't figure it out. So now, I'm determined and Im trying to learn a little from each battle. I'm learning about the cards I like and watching what they do in battle. I really don't understand a lot of strategy and have been focusing on getting to know summoners and a good tank for each.
So in tonight's battle I achieved a first. I purposely chose my summoner and tank but the rest was luck. I made it through the battle without losing a single card.

This has never happened during my less than a week of play but it felt great. I must have done something right while my opponent must have done something terribly wrong!
My main take away from this so far is not to focus solely on the "life" that each card and that positioning must somehow matter.
Anyway, today will filled with frustration but a little fun at the end.
