This post wasn't really about renting cards to increase power. It was about buying cards to increase power and how to do this in a manner that will eventually pay for itself. Instead of buying just random gold cards to increase power it is beneficial to buy gold cards that you actually use and also gold cards that can be rented out to other players for a high amount of DEC that way the gold card can pay for itself. I did not rent the venari gold card. I bought it and rented it out to earn extra DEC on the side.

All that being said, it's also defintely possible to increase power through renting cards. I'll make a post about that tomorow.
