As on of my targets for 2026 I have set myself the task of becoming a Land Baron in Praetoria, A title achieved by owning 50 plots of land, currently I'm sitting at 37 so 13 more to go, I plan to purchase one a week so hopefully by April I'll be there - although getting them active will be a different story and the launch of "Escalation" the Conclave Arcana mini set may throw a spanner in the works!
I have started by picking up a couple of plots in my region but unfortunately not my tract. At $18.00 each for common grain plots they are at the current high end of what i wanted to pay but in the same region they make sense and there is currently nothing for sale in the tract with my keep... speaking of which its time for a review of where we are in Region 59 Tract 7, in my previous review (here) land cards had just been announced so lets have a look if they have had an impact.
We have moved up in activated plots to 56% (vs 51%) but lost 3 unique accounts - down from 25 although this is mainly down to me buying plots and activating them (up from 9 to 13) we also welcome 
KEEP TAX RATE
I will be keeping the tax rate at this level while I improve the rest of my plots as it makes more sense to me to improve those and get additional tax that way and if I can encourage more people to become active it still grows the taxes too.
TRACT PP
I can now track this as I have last updates data and its great to see the Base PP and Boosted PP increasing, also once I get to 10,000 Research I will start producing Aura in the tract - unless Land 2.0 comes first!
