SPL Challenge - Worst Card

I decided to try some battles for the #splinterlands challenge where we need to use a typically bad modern card and make it work for us. This is hosted by Hive account@spl-contests and they host a unique challenge every week or so.

I was playing on my alt which has a bronze deck and used a foundation card in ranked. These cards in general are typically less powerful or cost more mana than main set cards which is why I consider it not very good to use in this mode.

I selected Lady Amara who is as slow as possible, does 1 damage and costs 6 mana to use. The key to making her useful was a magic only ruleset with targeting/snipe and I put her in the snipe position with a lookout card behind her. My summoner also reduced their magic damage by 1 so now anyone sniping Lady Amara with only 1 magic damage would do 0 damage with the help of lookout!

Not only did this strategy work out, I was facing a max or diamond level deck team with my little bronze deck 💪.
