I've made no secret from the fact that I like the SoulKeep game. And therefore, I find some time every day to play it, even if I don't earn anything.
For example, I recently (about a week ago?) fulfilled the requirements to advance to League 3 and I did, right away.
But wow, what a difference between League 2 and League 3 it was.
In League 2, I practically won a prize in the tournament every day, with rare exceptions.
In League 3, I think I only won once... in a week.
The higher you go, the more likely it is to have only players who know the game well and have good collections, so to end up in the first half becomes a challenge.
But it's doable, because there are areas I haven't improved upon and I know I can squeeze a lot more from a few towers and spells, with the proper usage.
It also took me a long time to pass the first gateway from the batlle game mode. I simply couldn't find the right combination to resist the first wave on that map. After wave 1, it was a breeze. In the end, I loved the strategy I used and I started using it in tournaments too, more often, in the first waves.
Overall, it seems like a new game, all over again. I started using new towers and spells and began to learn to use them efficiently.
I can say that I love it. If I had stayed in League 2, I would continue to earn rewards daily, but I started to get bored. I was just farming to be able to go to the next league. Here in League 3, I rarely earn rewards for now, but I love the new challenge and the fact that I am forced to learn new strategies to be successful. Will see how this goes.
