So i have been playing splinterlands fo a few months and i have a account in silver league earning me a good amount of DEC from card rentals etc and a good amount of SPS staked and around $400 invested in cards.
My 2 sons wanted to get into the game as they both love pokemon cards and this is the digital next step both being in school they have no money to put into the game so spent there pocket money buying a spellbook to get started they have both said it will almost imposible to get anywhere in this game without sinking money into it i couldnt say it was when i myself have put a good chunk of cash into my account..
So i told them i would start a second account and show them its possible and go on there free to play journey with them..
There is a few things we will be doing to help are account grow we will be posting blog content on here and on the main hive blog it has to be about splinterlands for us to use the rewards we get from upvotes etc on are account, This makes use still free to play as this SPT and HIVE we get is from blogging about are accounts.
So it was been two days since we started i have completed both daily quests for those days and got these to cards
nothing crazy but there is value there my current DEC and SPS balances are
I plan to write a daily post on here documenting the journey so feel free to keep up with it all and upvote it if you like it
So after Two days playing my new account is worth -$9.65 (gotta include the $10 spellbook in this challange)
