ClaNFT has started to fill out its ranks, we're now consistently reaching 1st, 2nd, or 3rd each brawl and earning a minimum of 300-1500 Merits a Brawl... It feels good and we continue to recruit new power brawlers for our guild. We've also reached the Top 300 of Guilds, despite having no Barracks, and only 1 or 2 buildings above Level 2.
As usual, I'll be opening a Gladius pack and doing a giveaway based off of it.
I'll talk a bit about each card, but these will be very short as I've never played them, I'll just talk about how I feel about them and where I think they'll make a big difference.
Speaking of our Guild, ClaNFT, we are looking for a Silver Gold Foil member to participate in Gold Foil Brawls, we require either Guild Contributions OR Brawl Participation, and are a very social, but laid back guild. Currently sitting at 300 Merits, it'll be a week or two before the next Gladius Case Opening, so this will be the last one for a bit, sorry guys, I'll try to earn quicker now that we're hitting out Brawls HARD.
Pretty much a standard pack, looking like a Raid team with too many Tanks. Too Many Tanks is now the name of this post.
Card Tips & Tricks
Alva the Crusher
Normal Foil, Common, Water Monster
New format who dis, let's show some stats and how the card evolves over its levels...
A Solid Water Tank, she happens to be one of the better Shield Tank options for Water, and as she levels, she gains some gnarly skills in Retaliate and Stun. I can't wait to max this card and gain access to Stun, especially in Water, where Wave Runner will be a great 2nd Attacker with her.
I'll be using Alva in Lost Magic and Melee Only
Helmet Kharafax
Normal Foil, Common, Life Monster
One of the few non-attackers in the Gladius set, he can't capitalize on Bloodlust until he's leveled up and gains abilities like Magic Reflect, Return Fire, etc. At which time he becomes a Pelacor Conjurer on Steroids. One to collect, but I won't be using him much until he's upgraded.
I imagine he'll be at his absolute best in No Melee
Whistling Damon
Normal Foil, Common, Death Monster
Whistling Damon is like a cheaper Twisted Jester, and I love him, I can't wait to use him, even as a Level 1. I'm equally excited about gaining access to Piercing at Level 5...
I'll be using him in Low Mana, Close Range, and Standard Rulesets
Chimney Wallstop
Normal Foil, Common, Fire Monster
Chimney is a wall, and then some. You're not getting through this in a Reverse Speed battle with Grum as well. And when he gets Repair? Sheesh.
I'll be running him in Reverse Speed, High Mana, and Melee Only
Relenor Cleaver
Normal Foil, Rare, Water Monster
A mighty Reach Tank for Water, I can't wait to replace Flying Squid with this monstrosity, in particular, I want to hit Level 5, where he gains Inspire, for some NASTY Melee teams in Water
I'll be using him a ton in High Mana, Melee Only, and Opportunity
