FYI:
By utilizing the tags in the bottom part of this screenshot you will already get listed in searchs for that tag. As such you don't need to also include the # version too. EX: SPT here. Also, be careful when including user tags '@' as some consider it to be spam. That is not to say don't tag people, just make sure they are okay with it.
