How are you all? I hope you are all well. I am so happy today! Those who play Splinterlands regularly know how challenging it can be to progress through each tier or league in this game. Especially when you are at a competitive level like the Gold League. But today was a little special for me. Because today I incredibly made it through Gold III and Gold II at the same time. This achievement is a big deal to me, and so I thought I would share the story of my journey and the rewards I received with you.
It started with unlocking the Gold 3 league. Fighting in the Modern format is now much more difficult than before. Because everyone here enters the field with very calculated and powerful cards. After many ups and downs, when the text 'UNLOCKED MODERN GOLD III' appeared on the screen, a strange satisfaction was working. After reaching Gold 3, my rating increased, as well as the value of the rewards. But I did not know that today's surprise did not end here.
After unlocking the league, it was my turn to open the rewards or loot. As a reward for the Gold 3 league, I got 7 general and 4 special chests. The excitement that comes with opening these chests in Splinterlands is difficult to find in any other game. My mind was racing to see what was inside each chest.
Before opening the chests, I always make sure to use the right amount of potions. Because using Legendary Potions greatly increases the chances of getting good quality and Legendary cards. I had 94 Legendary Potions, from which I decided to use 11. These small tricks are what bring big wins in the game.
Then the reward reveal started. When some cards and Merits started coming, I was quite happy. I got some nice cards like 'Cullborn Revenant', 'Ironwing Juggernaut' and 'Surgeblade'. In addition, 96 Merits will be very helpful for shopping in my guild shop. Along with some Common Scrolls, which will be useful for upgrading cards in the future.
But the biggest surprise was getting a Gold Foil card! I got a 'Magmaforged' gold foil card. This card is not only beautiful to look at, but also has a high market value and gameplay value. I also added some more merits and rare scrolls to my collection. Honestly, the rewards of Gold 3 really encouraged me.
After passing Gold 3, I didn't think I would be able to reach Gold 2 today. But after a few consecutive wins, my rating started to increase rapidly, and finally, I was able to unlock 'MODERN GOLD II'. As you know, to survive in Gold 2 and get a 10x reward multiplier, you need to have around 37,000 to 58,900 SPS stacked. This was a big milestone for me.
After reaching the Gold 2 league, the rewards became even heavier. This time, I had 8 and 5 chests as loot. More rewards than before means the possibility of getting better cards.
When I started opening the rewards one by one, I saw 'Coralforged' and some other valuable cards. I also got Alchemy Potion Charge and Legendary Potion Charge. 146 Merit and some Common Scrolls were added to my bag. Each card will make my deck stronger.
Finally, among today's achievements, 'Torrent Sniper' (Rare card) and 'Grim Bonewhip' were notable. I also got some Energy and Legendary Potion Charges. All in all, today is one of the best days for me in my Splinterlands career.
It's really a matter of luck to pass two important leagues on the same day and get all these beautiful cards and rewards.
