To participate in the contest, I went straight to see the cards that are currently in the game, so I knew what to do or what to draw inspiration from. That's when I decided to take the Contessa L'ament as a reference for inspiration.
Para participar en el concurso, me fui directo a ver las cartas que hay actualmente en el juego, para así saber que hacer o en que inspirarme. Fue cuándo decidí tomar como referencia a la Contessa L'ament como inspiración.

Once I had the inspiration letter, which was Contessa L'ament, splinter of death. I started to imagine or think about how I would make my version of the card. What things to add to it, how to make it and so on, in order to have a good sketch and a good idea for the drawing.
Una vez que tuve la carta inspiración, la cual fue Contessa L'ament, splinter de la muerte. Comence a imaginar o pensar la forma en la que haría mi versión de la carta. Que cosas agregarle, como hacerla y demás, para así tener un buen boceto y una buena idea para el dibujo.

When I had the idea of how I was going to make the drawing very well detailed, I started to make the sketch. Little by little I was drawing the character with the look I had thought of.
Cuando ya tenía súper bien detallada la idea de cómo iba a hacer el dibujo, comence a hacer el boceto. Poco a poco iba dibujando el personaje con el aspecto que había pensado.

Once I had the sketch finished, the next thing I started to do was to paint. At first I was going to use a different color palette than the original, but after doing some color tests, I decided to go with the original color palette of the character, which is perfect for the character.
Una vez tuve el boceto terminado, lo siguiente que comence a hacer fue a pintar. Al principio iba a usar una paleta de color diferente a la original, pero después de hacer algunas pruebas de color, decidí irme con la paleta de color original del personaje, la cual es perfecta para el mismo.

For the last part and when I had a great progress in the drawing, I only needed to make some details such as lights and shadows so that the drawing would reflect or cause a visual impact when I saw it and I think I did it.
Ya para lo último y cuando tenía un gran avance en el dibujo, solo me faltaban hacerles algunas detalles como luces y sombras para que el dibujo reflejará o causará un impacto visual al verlo y creo que lo logré.
