Are Bots A Thing of The Past....Maybe!!
Breakings News dropped late last night for anyone with a hatred for bots in the Splinterland game this could be what you’ve been waiting for, Please see the below and you can also read this on:

The above is really for a couple of reasons to prevent "Win Trading" as mentioned above but also a lot of players have been accusing players of "Win Trading" and climbing the leaderboard, essentially cheating and intern claiming 20 to 30,000 DEC each season!
The other point is they want to prevent bots from getting any additional information on a player other than the last 5 matches...
Will this completely kill off bots...doubtful! Will it eradicate a chunk...Possibly! The coders who run these bots are very clever and maybe able to find another way around this restriction in time! How much time is another discussion! But for someone who plays the game fairly and how its supposed and developed to be played...I welcome this from the developers!
Plus on the back of this a lot of players have been using the "Splintertool" which allowed players to lookup there opponents name and be able to see more than just the last 5 matches! So anything like that which gives anyone a unfair advantage..im happy to see gone!
This will only help keep the player base high, ive seen a number of posts and know a number of players who are struggling to even get out of "Bronze" due to possible exploits like this. Play the game as intended keep it strategy based game and true players will appreciate this!
