Hi Guys! Quick question, does this mean the market is also affected? I am selling a card but wanted to change the price but I cannot cancel it.

Also I bought cards to someone and he said that the transaction couldn't push through (person to person transaction). His cards are also posted at the market and he wants to cancel it so that he can send the cards to me. Please enlighten me because I am now overthinking that I might get scammed 😕
