** I am not about to rant Splinterlands, I just wanted to share my experience. Yesterday, I saw that Dark Energy Crystals and Splintershards were dipping. However, I had no choice but to sell my cards for an emergency. I was able to sell my cards and it was worth 11,700, not that big, but was already enough to cover my emergency expenses. I was so happy that it got me covered. As I usually do, I transferred them to the hive engine. I was about to make a swap but unluckily I did not know that there was a maintainance. I tried to look for ways in order to convert it to cash. I stumble to an idea in using Tron wallet. I watched a video on youtube and I thought that the transaction was easy. I then transferred my DEC to a Tron wallet I just created. As in all of the 11, 700 DEC. It was successfully transferred. The saddest part started when I was about to exchange my DEC to Tron in the market. I forgot about the fees. I again look for ways in order for me to cover up the fees. And yes, I was able to cover the fees. The transaction went smooth. I was able to sell my DEC to tron. I got so excited. With my clumsiness, and without checking the wallet address to transfer, I made a transfer. Where did I get the address? I got it on the same transaction as when I funded it. All I thought that it was the same.
This was the saddest part, unfortunately, when I checked the TRON wallet address, it says temporarily unavailable. I wanted to scream. I checked the transfer and voila! it was successful! NO! I was not happy it was successful. I hoped it failed. Well, I am still trying to contact the support of the wallet I used. And nope, no answer.
I am still crying deep inside. By the way, I have four accounts in Splinterlands and those assets were accumulated from the daily quests and End season rewards. Now all my efforts went to nothing. I dont know where to start. I still did not open my splinterlands account since yesterday. It is so hard. I am still grateful to Splinterlands. I just do not know where to start from here. I am open for a donation to those willing to help. Thank you so much for your time. **
