So yesterday, the Black Foil Arcane auction for Cloveria Morth'lana has finally concluded. As expected, there has been quite a bidding war with some collectors chasing for the mint #1 of the card. It was a good match between vugtis and killerkev but at the end, it was killerkev that takes the card, though vugtis did not get a hold of the mint #1 copy of the card, he still has the mint #5 copy, so he still one of the only 5 people who has a copy of the shiny black card, because there will only be 5 black foil arcane versions of this card that will ever be available.
Anyways, I want to take a look at the final results of the Black Foil auction and see how much each copies were sold.
Black Foil Arcane Cloveria Morth'lana Winners
The Black Foil auction event for Cloveria Morth'lana lasted for 5 days, with a total of 5 BFA copies of the card actioned every 25 hours, each with a unique mint # and awarded from the highest mint # to lowest. Winning each of this cards does not rely on luck, but based on the player's desire for the card and how much they are willing to spent for it. And here are the winners of the auction as well as how much do they spend for each card.

All in all, the winners for the Black Foil Arcane auction event has spent a total of 1,245 Auction Marks or an average of 249 Auction Marks per card. Using beaker007's Resource Converter, an Auction Mark cost 2855.11 DEC or 306.99 SPS. That was the price for 1000 Aura and 50 Voucher, including the 500 DEC fee.
So if we will convert all the Auction Marks used for the auction, the total will be 3,554,611.95 DEC or 710,922.39 DEC per card. That was more than twice the price of the regular version of the card, which makes it a pretty good deal.
When it comes to the winning bids, the player who wins with the lowest bid was queenofmonsters on mint # 2 with only 200 Auction Marks, while the highest bid goes to mint # 1 with killerkev spending 302 Auction Marks to win the card.
Now, lets go back with the requirements needed to craft an Auction Mark. Each Auction Mark needs DEC, Aura, and Voucher to craft the token in the Artisan Quarter and for the Auction Marks used in the Auction, here is the breakdown of the resources and tokens that were used.

Through this auction, we burned a total of 62,250 Vouchers, which is not a lot since we mint about 40k Vouchers a day, so it was not able to burn even half the Voucher that we minted within the last 5 days that the Auction was being held, but it was not all of the Vouchers that were burned since we also had the Gold Foil Arcane Fortune Draw event and the General Sale which is yet to conclude. Also the Auction has also burned 1,245 Aura which is good for land and with the 622,500 DEC that was used to craft the Auction Marks, the company and the DAO gets 311,250 DEC each.
Closing
Now that both the Gold Foil Arcane and the Black Foil Arcane Auction has concluded, the only remaining voucher sink we had is the General sale which will end up in 4 days. I haven't checked yet how many Vouchers we burned in this card, but I do not think that we will hit the target Vouchers to make us deflationary. That said, I'm looking forward with the upcoming Voucher cards, since the company has released 3 cards in total, together with card skins and has a higher chance for us to reach our Voucher burning goal.
