The Battle that I will show to you this week was from my which is an alternate account of mine playing manually in the Diamond Modern League using Max level Chaos Legion deck borrowed from NFTY Arcade. Before I show you the battle, let us learn more about this ruleset.
Also in this post are the details on how to get a free weekly SPS delegation. You can read the details below.
Little League
Lost Magic | Monsters with Magic attack may not be used in battles. Focus on high speed and abilities like Flying, Dodge, Blind. Thorns, Return Fire and Shield are the key in this ruleset. |
Cards Based on Attack Types
Aside from the summoner, there were 4 types of monsters based on attack types namely, Non-damage (default) with no attack, melee, range and magic but because of the ruleset magic monsters cannot be used. These were the samples of cards with different attack types and the cards that were crossed out are samples of Magic cards that were banned from this ruleset.

Opponent's Line- up
My Team
For this battle, we have the featured rule set Lost Legendaries were the legendary summoners cannot be used in battles along with Taking Sides that bans the use of neutral monsters and Fire & Regret that deals Return Fire damage on range monsters. Given this conditions, my lineup was consist of.
Summoner: I used Immortalis that though has the Void ability that is not useful for this battle, the Shatter ability would be very helpful in removing the armor of the opponent as well as the -1 health de- buff on all opponent monsters.
1st Position: Mycelic Infantry was an ideal tank for reverse speed rule set cause of its 1 speed partnered with the Shield ability which reduces the damage received from melee and range attacks. Once it loses health, the Enrage ability will increase its speed and melee damage while the Giant Killer will double the damage against monsters with 10 or more mana.
2nd Position: Drybone Raider has both melee and range attack so it can still do melee damage once it fell to the 1st position while it also have the Double Strike ability that allows it to attack twice per round. Its Shatter ability overlaps with Immortalis but it also have the Cripple which reduce the max health of the target for every time it receives damage.
3rd Position: Fungus Flinger has the Blind ability that gives 15% chance that opponent's melee and range units miss their attack and was a good bait for Opportunity attacks as it has low health and has the Martyr ability which will increase all the stats or the monsters adjacent into it.
4th Position: Gargoya Devil which have the Close Range ability allows it to attack even at first position and has the Flying ability that gives it 25% chance to evade melee and range attacks. It can also deal twice the damage if the target is the last monster the opponent have using the Deathblow ability.
5th Position: Uloth Dhampir has the Triage ability that could heal backline damage while the Stun ability has 50% chance to prevent the target to attack for a turn.
6th Position: Goblin Tower was a very slow range unit with a decent amount of armor that could protect it from Sneak attacks and can deal huge amount of range damage not only with its Target but also the adjacent monsters with the Blast ability.

Battle Recap
Here is a replay of the battle which at you can watch at Splinterlands.
Did your Strategy Work?
When magic units cannot be used in battle, chances are that the opponent will use melee and range monsters with armors to them and having the Shatter ability could be really helpful on this type of battles so although Immortalis' Void would not help in this match, it's Shatter will be very useful added with a team of slow monster to fight under the Reverse Speed ruleset.
