Below you can check step-wise images of my working
Start with snake face using Pen Tool

Create body of a girl and face shape using pen and pencil tool

Create eyes, arms etc using pen and pencil tool

Colour my drawing

Create eyes (Inner circles) etc

Give lines to snake skin
