If it's for yourself, why publish it on chain and promote it on Discord multiple times? You could use a spreadsheet...

My point being: putting people on a public 'blacklist' because they're playing by the rules of the game is not really a decent thing to do.

I get that it's annoying to have your rentals revoked - that's why I choose not to do it - but the system is what it is atm. Every party has the right to cancel, and there's no need to publicly 'shame' the people that decide to do it.
