On the first of December he Hive account@jerichotamayo can continue to rent for a flat rate of 1 DEC per day.
Minimum rental Period: 14 DAYS

Hive account@solymi will not cancel the rent before expiration date 1st of December.
Should he cancel the rent by any reason he will refund the remaining days and pay a 0.1 DEC fine for each remaining day of the rental period.
